We loved everything about it, it's nice and cozy, lovely and peaceful, nice personal, a big room with a comfortable beds and even little sofa aside, lovely spa, a perfect breakfast we definitely recommend it for a lovely family vacation or just a get away weekend with a kids to everyone and we’re definitely coming back there some day ❤️

The only very minor issue was the lounge sofa was torn and very sharp to sit on. But that was only minor as overall our stay was fabulous

Loved the whole stay experience. Reception pointed us towards Gota Canal and loved the atmosphere there.

It is a nice location and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Lack of air conditioning. It was too hot in the room and opening the window did not help, in contrary, then there was a lot of sound as the room was located towards a roof. Only 1 of 3 charging stations for Tesla was working.

The room was clean and bathroom was nice. pool area was nice and water was quite warm in the pool.

The staff was highly unorganised. At time of check in I only got the room number and how to find it, no info on the breakfast or the spa or the pool. We got a late checkout, but they forgot to update our key so we had to go to reception to get a new key and we told them we will leave shortly, after 10 mins already was someone knocking our door to ask when we will leave.We left the room in less than 1 hour after normal checkout time, when we have had permission to stay one hour longer. Breakfast was very basic and very crowded. Not worth the money.

Our room was clean and it had a hairdryer.

No safe in the room, only one small pillow each. The bathroom was outdated. The restaurant service was unsatisfactory. It took 3 hours to have a main course. The drinks were not served in appropriate glassware. Staff had limited knowledge of food and drinks menus. Not enough seating in the bar and lounge area for the amount of guests. Staff were reluctant to open other areas for seating.

Parts of the hotel are really nice but other parts are really past it. Söderköping is a pleasant town.

The annex which we stayed in was run down and smelt of damp. We were overcharged on three separate occasions. The staff were pleasant but not so well trained (generally or in the establishment’s own systems). The food in the restaurant was of poor quality. Overall the establishment has aspirations beyond its competence.
