We stayed at this hotel in April for one night with our pet. The room was located across the road, in the pet-friendly building. The room was clean and large with a lovely spacious bathroom. Robes, slippers, dog bowl (gold!), dog bed were provided. The room was quiet, despite a restaurant downstairs, beds comfortable and big. We had breakfast, which was very good, with hot and cold options. We enjoyed a celebration dinner at The Lamp Restaurant the night before. We had starters, main course, and desert. The food was exceptional and service exemplary. In summary, this is a lovely hotel for a celebration event and we would happily return.

At breakfast warm food options could be hotter and a greater selection of fresh breads served. The hotel is on the high end so these things should be flawless.

Quiet and cozy hotel very close to the historical center of Norrköping, walking distance from the river and waterfalls. Nice (and subtle) design, very cosy bar lounge area. Reasonably spacious rooms, very good bathroom facilities. Very good restaurant with open kitchen.

Staff forgot to put up an extra bed that we've agreed in advance and paid for. When I brought it to their attention, bed was made, but no apologies or compliments were offered. In one of the rooms air conditioner blew too cold air right onto the bed (despite our attempts to turn it warmer), had to plug it with towels. :)

The room design, breakfast and the quality of the products used were really great. We bought additional massage and it was amazing.

The hotel is a bit expensive given its location (it can easily compete Stocholm Spa places in that).

Excellent location and service. The quality of the breakfast was equally great. The room was very comfortable, we slept well even though it faces the tram line.

A room facing another direction may be more quiet, but it didn't affect our stay.

The room was quite large and well equipped. Probably the best Breakfast buffet I have had on a Swedish hotel. Very nice staff. The bed was very comfortable. Nespresso machine in the hotel room and in breakfast restaurant.

Nothing really, but could be nice with a swimmingpool for families with small children. The Spa costs extra and not possible for children under 16 years old.

The food in the restaurant was incredible and we lived the spa.

Given we had booked a junior suite I was shocked to charged £50 each for my wife and I to access the pool and Sauna!

Genuinely the best hotel breakfast we have ever seen. It was quite remarkable for the choice of food available. And something for everyone in your party - whether wanting cooked or super healthy.
