Room was large, clean and modern. It was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. My only complaint was that there was a really noisy event happening in the park opposite that had very loud music till very late and kept us awake. Not the fault of the hotel though. They did provide earplugs but they didn't make much difference.

The hotel is a few steps away from the train station, and just besides the walkway by the river. The room was spacious, shower large, bed soft and comfy. The staff were responsive to requests, and the breakfast was really extensive and delicious. It's a great bang for the buck.

There was some miscommunication about the billing paperwork, but we worked it out in the end.

Nice design. Fresh rooms and carpeting. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location a short walk from the Central Station. Breakfast is a lot better than any breakfast I had in hotels in Sweden. There are vegan options such as scramble tofu and vegan sausages which are yummy and good quality cheese and bread, bio agave syrup etc. (Only coffee is non-drinkable but this is a problem all over Sweden).

The breakfast was excellent and the staff in both reception and restaurant were polite, gave good and correct answers, room was clean enough (not picky) and the stay overall exceeded my expectations by a lot.

The beds were way to soft for my comfort, laying down in it felt like I got devoured by the mattress.

The room was spacious and really nice (superior room), with a sofa and tv to watch the olympics. We got there soaking wet after having cycled and ran in the rain, and the staff was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We got a safe place to store our bike as well. Breakfast was great with good variation and good quality. It was the second time we stayed here and we will return again :)

A very nice hotel located near city center, will visit again if going back to this part of Sweden. Super clean, cozy rooms, gym, nice Lounge with option to purchase drinks well into the evening/night. Breakfast Buffet was TOP quality with great selection of foods and drinks. Excellent staff, especially want to praise the receptionist Laura, very friendly and nice lady.

We travelled around Sweden for 2,5 weeks and this is definitely our favourite hotel! In fact we did not initially plan to stay in Norrkopping but we had to change our plans due to bad weather (we were supposed to be camping but it was raining heavily so we had to quickly find a hotel). Both the hotel and the city surprised us in a very positive way! The staff was really nice and helpful and they always went an extra mile to help us. The hotel offers delicious breakfasts with a wide choice of meals - everything fresh and tasty and a lot of options for vegans (which is not so common in Sweden). They even bake their own bread and some pastries. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the most representative area of Norrkopping. If you want to see some nature, lakes, woods etc. it's only a 15-minutes drive. The rooms in the hotel are clean and comfy and they provide eco-friendly toiletries. We highly recommend this place!

Spacious room, full offering of toiletries, in room weights (random but nice touch, complimentary bubble water, complimentary coffee/tea bar at checkin/checkout, fantastic breakfast buffet… our family of four (two children aged 3 and 6) were very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking here again if we are in Norrköping!

We happened to book on the night of a large concert, and our first room faced out towards the locale. The windows didn’t do much at all as far as sound proofing goes, but we were moved to another room on the opposite side of the hallway and didn’t hear a thing, so we were happy.

Excellent hotel for the money. Room size was brilliant. Very clean. Great location. You are not able to eat a evening meal in the hotel but it is a short and very pleasant stroll to near by restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. There is a small gym. Staff very helpful. Parking is available on the street and there was plenty of it. It is free at the weekends and very reasonable during the week. You pay via a machine on the pavement (not via the hotel) but parking was very easy and very close to the hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable. There is a small but well equipped gym. Excellent breakfast. Warm beverages and biscuits are always available for guests.

There is nothing I did not like. I could just suggest to provide a fridge in all rooms and a lighter blanket on the bed: the rooms are quite warm and the duvet is far too much.
