The negative reviews really do not do this hotel justice, i expect its changed management quite a few times as my experience was nowhere near what some people make out, throughout my stay i was constantly surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were spacious and very clean, found the bed very comfortable and they had a good number of pillows to pick from, would expect this level of quality from a hotel double the price of what i paid, especially since i always felt very welcomed by the staff, they were friendly and spoke good english. They also had free tea, coffee, biscuits and a microwave for use in the lobby which was useful throughout my trip here. It is also around a 10 minute walk to and from the station which was very useful, with there being constant buses and trams close by if you wish to catch those instead, good location for getting to the museums as well, it is in a very safe area and also was extremely quiet at night so i never felt uncomfortable coming and going from the hotel late at night.

The breakfast was just okay, quite a small variety but for the price I can't really complain, found the cereal was consistently nicer than the hot food but more personal preference than down to quality as sometimes the hot food was lukewarm, the TV in my room also only had 12 working channels, dont know if this was an issue with just my room but most of them were in swedish and the english channels would not connect nor could i cast anything from my phone. Room was a tiny bit cold during the night but it fit my preferred sleeping temperature so not much of an issue just slightly uncomfortable during the evenings

Excellent value for the price! Nice, clean room with the bare necessities but nothing fancy. Suited me well as a solo traveler. Bonus for heavy curtains that blocked out all the light at night (appreciated during summer). Really good water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast where they kept bringing out new platters of cheese, charcuteries, veggies and fruit to keep it fresh. Friendly staff. Great location at the edge of downtown. Easy to get to by car, and with parking for a good price as well.

The room wasn’t completely soundproof, so there was some noise from the hallway now and then, but nothing too bad.

The room is very spacious for a European hotel. Nicely decorated and the bed is extremely comfortable! Love the lighting accents and a corner room has lots of windows and a view of the river.

When we arrived, it was 10p, so no one is at reception after 8p. It's hard to find, located oddly on the 3rd floor of what seems like a rather dull building. It kind of made us feel like we were arriving at a hostel. Not very attractive from the outside or the interior building spaces. However, once you get into their space, with a provided code, it looks much nicer. The when you enter the room it's a very welcome surprise as to how nice it is. HOWEVER, the bathroom is TINY. Not much more than a closet. Very cramped and offers no place to put your bath related things. For the room to be so big, it's very odd that the bathroom is so very cramped.

Beautiful room, clean and no smoking allowed! Breakfast was a sandwich and cereal spread with a large variety of drinks, staff were very nice and allowed me to leave my bags there until checkin time as I arrived early. The room had a TV, very comfy chair and more than enough space to put my luggage. Coffee and tea available 24/7 was a bonus

It would have been helpful to know that the key was needed to unlock the lift floor to the hotel rooms after 10pm but it was easy to figure out. Abit worried about how secure the place is as all they needed was my name to check in but norrköping is generally safe with not many tourists.

Amazing location!! Not crowded, flat is perfect for 2 people, all in whats needed. Public transport super close, but no noise since flat is at level 5. No elevator, but we knew this, so no problem either :) Grocery nearby, restaurants neerby bakery too.

We liked everything in the hotel. We booked a family room and a single room. We got these two rooms next to each other. Both rooms matched our expectation from the photos. The rooms were spacious for us. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were well functional. The tempurature and volume of the shower was great. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in the city center. It is right beside strömmparken. So we could walk along the water watching ducks, pigeons, etc. and then reach major attactions like Museum of Work, City Museum and Visualization Centre with 10-15 mins.

The reception closed early in the evening during our stay, perhaps because it was easter holiday. So we need to make sure that we get help from the staff early during the days. There was no housekeeping, perhaps because of the holiday. We had to clear the trashbins ourselves. But we got refills like extra towels and toilet papers after asking the staff.

The building is 95 years old and hotel located at a separate floor in living apartment house. Old fashioned design of rooms, but freshly repaired shower and WC, friendly staff, fair breakfast, free tee and coffee at the floor makes this hotel good deal to stay for a night!

Comfy place and a lot of restaurants to choose from if one is hungry.

Car parking is not included and they do not ask if you going to need one. No AC unit in a room. Was very hot to sleep.

Easy to find, close to both city centre and train station. Large rooms with very comfortable furniture. Enjoyed the common area furnished with proper armchairs. Very friendly and service minded staff.

Felt a bit empty on a Tuesday morning. Has a bit if a hostel touch as the lobby is accessed via stairs and not staffed early mornings
