Very well located. Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds.

Car parking is a pain. Booking.com directions take you to a very expensive car park that cost 18SEK per hour including overnight. On street parking is possible near the hotel and costs 80SEK for 24 hours if you can find a spot. Pay by app and look out for street cleaning days when the municipality don't clean the streets but do charge 100SEK for leaving the car in the wrong place. Hotel will charge 170SEK for nearby parking in an underground lot if you ask at reception.

Amazing location.the breakfast was very nice.the bathroom products were very good.it also has everything in the room including a hair drier and iron board.the room was quite big.the bed was really comfortable.

The hallway had a weird smell.the toilet was almost under the sink so it wasn’t very comfortable.it’s not very soundproof we could hear our next door neighbors taking a shower.

Breakfast was included and was perfect every day, loads of options to choose from! Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Shower was good, normally hotels are weak pressure but this shower was amazing! Staff all friendly and check in and check out was so easy! Great location!!

If I had to say something it would be the shower cubicle was too small but that is just the lay out so was happy to put up with it as the pressure was perfect!

Brilliant location, cheap accommodation, had a room 75sqm for like €190 a night! Two people, but it was beds for 4! U get what u pay for! Best western is a great hotel with decent rooms for the price u pay! If you heading to Norrköping there is only one hotel that’s “better” and that’s lamp hotel, but then u also up the prices 100-150 a night and the location for best western is as good as the lamp hotel, so go for best western! Great and polite staff with whatever u need!

Lack of a great hotel bar and restaurant, but doesn’t really matter a lot since u have many bars within 5min of walking!

First I was a bit sceptical because of the low price but either I was travelling off-season or that beautiful city hasn't the tourist appreciation that it deserves. However, I was pleasently surprised about that hotel. The staff is very polite and answers every question respectfully and thorough. The room was big and the bed nice, the internet was also great. I will save the hotel in my favourite list when I come back to that region again.

The parking garage is nearby (1min walk) but it's open and I didn't see any cameras. Since I always have stuff in my trunk, I left the car with a bad feeling.

Perfectly nice hotel. Very clean room, excellent location in the center of the city, very, very comfortable beds, the staff is very friendly and service ready, and the breakfast is a nice plus as it is quite rich. Overall definitely recommending this place to everyone going to Norrköping.

I asked for glutenfri bread for breakfast; there wasn’t any. According to the booking, parking is provided, but at the spot staff said that ”the parking was ful booked”. If that is the case, guest should be informed about it in advance in order to be prepared to find and pay for the costs.

the hotel is located in the great area - near to the malls and many restaurants. the exterior is nothing impressive, but from inside it is pretty cozy and maintained. the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was rich. it’s a great place to stay at. the property has gym and sauna (part of the gym tho). staff is super friendly and helpful at all times.

it is a winter season and outside was cold. I didn’t feel much warm on inside too. wish the temperature was slightly higher. sauna is behind the gym so anyone who uses the gym can use the sauna too. it wasn’t well maintained and in fact was kinda cold (about 35 degrees). there is a huge gap under the door of the sauna which brings cold weather.

There was a good selection of breakfast. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. I was travelling for a conference and the location was 300m from the venue.

The twin beds were joined to each other. So, it was a bit weird. I would have preferred separated twin beds, when booked for a twin room.

The sauna, although the gap between the doors and surface is too big so actually it is getting cold there, Breakfast was ok.

Some things should be already renovated in the hotel. The pillows in the lounge need cleaning/washing already.
