We stayed here 2 nights. Breakfast is somewhat chaotic, due to the clients (families with children). It is also very early (ends at 9.30). The staff is very helpfull, the location perfect. If I would return, only in the newer rooms.

I asked a room with airco. The first night, we were accomodated in the old part of the hotel, without airco. It was hot in the room. They offer window-handles to open windows, if needed... After complaint, the helpfull staff offered us a room in the newer part of the hotel. Much and much better! Airco, cleaner...

Good location (only short walk to train station and main sightseeings), outdoor pool & sauna, nice staff, good breakfast, clean hotel.

My room was towards street and unfortunately in the weekend evening there was lot of young people driving close by and playing music really loud (and with lot of bass). Luckily I had ear plugs, which blocked most of the noice. It was also a bit unclear that sauna in the gym needs also booked beforehand, luckily it did take only 20 minutes to heat it up. Also in gym there were separate saunas for both gender, so only in in rooftop sauna is shared (which I didn't understand from hotel info, so maybe description could be more clear regarding saunas).

Fresh and nice terrace

There were too many people at breakfast at the same time. It was difficult to find a place to sit, and many parents were not supervising their children, which made the atmosphere quite chaotic.

Breakfast was good. We were on our way to Kolmården zoo and hotel was chosen for that purpose. Beds were comfortable and bathroom nice and clean. As was everything else. Parking garage is quite tight so if you have a massive car, be carefull. :)

No complaints really.

Scandic has great breakfast. They had a lovely patio out back. This place is a walk/bike to everything Norrkoping has to offer.

The staff here were less helpful than other Scandic hotels.

Great location, near to the transport hub and not far to walk into the city centre. Comfortable room. Good breakfast

The air in the room was extremely dry.

Good, basic room with a beautiful view. Easy location. Nice staff. The relax area in the upper floor was a nice addition.
