It’s a simple place, but I got what I needed: Somewhere to sleep and shower. Staff was incredibly kind and offered me to come have breakfast at their other hotel, as I was the only guest at Pronova, and they wouldn’t put up the buffet. Very kind of them since they had already placed breakfast in a fridge in my room.

One should just be aware that the building can be quite empty over the weekends and the area is a bit dark.

The location, staff, and facilities are amazing.

I was in two different rooms that both had two twin beds, which are too small for adults. Since the hostel is on the top floor the windows in the rooms can't be opened, except for near the handle. Even though the temperature was cool outside, the rooms facing the setting sun get hot and don't cool down enough to sleep comfortably.

Breakfast is very basic (boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bread), but as for hostel, this is an extra (I would say). I stayed second time this year, and the owner went extra mile to give me very good room after my request. Good location, almost in city center - especially good if you travel without car. Will come back.

A bit cold in the room, but there was extra electrical heater, which i could turn on. It took few nights to get to use to waterfall sound, which is quite laud.

The staff was helpful as I arrived quite late and they were able to arrange an easy late check in and even book a parking place for my motorcycle just in front of the building. I was thrilled by the fact that the building used to be an old threads factory and how it had been transformed into what is today! The room was spacious considering that I was traveling alone and the bathrooms where sufficient and clean.

Not a complaint but a small suggestion regarding the breakfast, I found it to be very basic with not many choices and I think the coffee / coffee machine is not so good and it could be easily improved.

The breakfast was really nice! The beds were very very comfortable!!! The location was amazing because the hostel is just behind the visualization centre and super close to the city centre (just 15 minutes on foot)! Also, there were many options for restaurants, bars, and pubs nearby which was really cool!

It's really hard to find something that I didn't like because it was exactly what we wanted for an overnight stay in Norrkkoping.

I was stunned with the hygiene of the place. All common areas were sparkling clean all the time. The staff was lovely. I found the location of the hotel perfect. It is in the heart of the old city center and close to many bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. There are so many things to explore and the sound of water from the outside is very soothing. Breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Only the pillow was not to my liking and maybe an extra small towel would be nice to have.

Central location close to all the necessary facilities around the city so was convenient. We had booked a double room and the window facing the sky was nice. The temperature inside the room was very cool and gave a very nice sleep. So included breakfast was okay.

Not much but I could kitchen with some steel knives and forks. The card key can only be used to open the door, so you should remember to take the card with you at all times otherwise if the card key is inside the room and you happen to close it you won't be able to open it.

Decent location, and options to rent a private room with two beds and a table. They accommodated my slightly earlier check in.

The staff didn't explain anything. Showers were ok, but all shower sets were broken.

A nice clean room on the fifth floor, including a good breakfast with many choices. The hotel is located close to the river Motala Ström, which has a beautiful upstream walking path on the river bed.

The off site parking, managed by an aggressive check out crew, caused unnecessary anger.

It's a nice place with good price. They had rooms even though I booked late for a very nearby festival. The beds are good.

The breakfast is nothing special, and I had to ask for refill of several items, including bowls for cereals. Common toilet and wash room isn't my favorite.
