Stayed one night with family. Extremely hot water, win! Good water pressure, win. Room smelled clean enough and there were a lot of families present so it felt like the right fit. The highway is nearby but the AC kinda drowns that out and if you're tired enough you can sleep through. It's closeby to the Buccee's. We did not try the breakfast but it seemed to be packed. Front desk clerk was very helpful and polite. Asked if we needed anything. Courtesy after a long drive goes a long way so another plus. Mattress was a little worn but it wasn't completely springy and the blankets felt clean. Didn't wake up with any bites. Hospitality products were good quality and left skin feeling nice. Hotel towels were soft and absorbent. Room was comfortable. We look forward to booking again.

Elevator is a little dated, but, hey, if it works, it works. The mattress felt like a full not queen. Also, pillows were very small so you did need to bunch up two together to get full support. No working vent in restroom so we did leave our door open to air out. No ceiling fan, heads up. So if you like the room to be frigid, maybe reconsider your pajamas choice.

Have stayed at this facility for 28 years, long before it became LaQuinta. I always travel with my 2 pups which are under 10 lbs, stays in crate, goes everywhere with us, never alone in room. Have never paid pet fee until this trip. I will be exploring other facilities because of that. These pups are better behaved than most children and mess up a lot less. I have spent thousands of dollars staying in LaQuintas and have told many people about the facility. I guess all good things always come to an end.

All of the employees were nice and helpful whenever I needed something. Our bed and bathroom was clean.

I discovered my room had mold by the top of the curtains from the air and moisture. The air was making us sick, air unit didn’t smell very clean. The breakfast isn’t really a good breakfast. There should be more food options. Area was nice and close to a lot.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times just for a staycation/short getaway. Each time we’ve had the pleasure of being checked in by Felicity. Her vibe and hospitality are top tier! Breakfast is always good too. Beds are comfortable. Nights are quiet even with being next to highway.

Lack of awareness. Not sure if it was a staff member or guest but I want to assume staff because this vehicle was there both days morning to midday. We parked away from majority of cars due to trying to avoid dings on our car and when we came outside around 12pm after first night stay a tan vehicle (suburban type) was parked very careless and very close to my car. Our tires were like 2 ft apart. Really frustrating to have to walk out and see this and have to move my car because of lack of care from other car owner.

It was very clean but the windows must not be noise proof because I could hear the I-10 traffic all night and it was very loud

The noise of the interstate traffic, it literally sounds like the windows are open but we checked and they were definitely closed

CLean,all amenities were great need a few more items on the breakfast list,like the toast,or the bagels for the toaster.

That there was no toast or bagels but a toaster was available. Lol My stay was due to my husband having surgery. I ended up staying three more nights than expected . But overall was satisfied .

The room was clean and they had nice Dove soaps and shampoos. Staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast didn't have much variety but it was filling - hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread, muffins, coffee, juices, and milk. They had peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, butter.

I like place beautiful but bad something ac or no. Lean room very dirty I find out big that why if I have appointment to room you need. Lean rooms please o have alleged big

Breakfast was barely adequate. Had cream cheese, but no bagels. Orange juice and coffee were good. Cracker Barrel next door.

third floor hallway stunk. Needs to be cleaned.

Manager very awesome sweet n helpful (daytime manager:Temeikia) pretty African lady wears glasses, I love her, also Toni, us,(the sisters friend) she’s truly amazing n Amy outstanding personality!!!!! Rooms very very roomy n clean!!!!!!! Loved our stays highly recommend
