All services were as expected

The dining area for breakfast was really cold, people were wearing winter jackets 😅 I understand that the hotel wasn't full but still the temperature should be comfortable enough. There could be more plant based/vegan options for breakfast

Friendly , helpful staff, well organised , efficient,met our needs very effectively.

Friendly staff. Exceptional dinner. Even tartar and seafood was in menu without additional charges. Jacuzzi in the room. Cleaning service every day.

Location is not so close to lifts, can't be reached without bus or car. If you stay apres ski till night, only option to come back with taxi. (It is acceptable)

The location was great. Amazing town Canazei is small, so it took only few minutes to walk from hotel to the center.. Free safe parking

We got a different room than we booked. The breakfast was poor,. Although we came within 20 minutes after they started serving it, the plates were almost empty...

The room offered was not what we had booked. The exchange with the manager was a bit noisy, but ended with a good outcome. Really, this could have been avoided…

Breakfast was OK. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.

Espresso machine was difficult to interpret and sometimes offline. Hard-boiling eggs was an adventure. Maybe put some simple signage out informing how to boil eggs. And add some discouragement for those few egg stealing who would risk the pre-caffeinated wrath of the egg owners. Happened a few times! Was ready for it by the end of the week. Probably looked like an insane person sitting there just watching the egg boiling contraption…. The bar is an abysmal wreck. Only go there if you’re really happy and need to go the other way. Room was ok, but too warm with no way to regulate temp other than opening the balcony door. Then by 4 AM we were freezing. The temp oscillation was sleep depriving. Bath could have used an anti-slip surface. Safe didn’t work at all. The breakfast scrambled eggs were a runny and nausea-inducing. The cheese selection was a bit narrow. The whole thing could be better organized.
