Very attentive and helpful staff, well maintained cozy hotel, ski-in ski-out, few meters from cabin to Sella ronda, good breakfast, dinner and vine :), outdoor après-ski bar, comfortable parking. Beautiful mountain view from room windows. We got free upgrade for half of stay. Upgraded suite was spacious and comfortable, equipped with indoor sauna, we enjoyed it.

Incorrect room description in booking.com caused confusion at the beginning. Not all deluxe rooms have sofa. Clarified with reception. A bit expensive, but acceptable considering the location, quality and season.

Loved the breakfasts; GianLuca was very kind and helpful at the front desk. The location was fantastic. Secure and easy parking. Nearby rental shop Ski Paolo offers small discount to those staying at Chalet Queen. Hotel offered ski locker storage units with boot dryers to guests that were very handy.

Dinners were ok; not really expensive, portions were reasonable. Both secondi dinner selections with meat were dry, seemingly overcooked; my wife seemed very pleased with her non-meat selections. Make sure shower drain screen is clean before taking shower; if not, it will restrict draining and there is no capacity for water inside the unit and will escape to the bathroom floor.; not a hotel fault, a shower design flaw.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, the hotel is in front of Alba-Col dei Rossi gondola (however you can't ski-in from that area to the hotel) which is less crowded than the one in canazei (and because of location you can be the first in the queue). Also, you are in front of Alba-Ciampac ski-lift that goes to another area, and from that one you can ski-in (and this lift never has any queues). Friendly staff - they accepted our package delivery a few days before our arrival. Nice bar outside, few restaurants within walking distance.

It's fair to say that we were greeted by some of the most welcoming staff we've ever met in our years of travelling! Special mention goes to Marco and Nino who were extra careful to make us feel like home. The property itself was furnished to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. We were also lucky to be offered a room upgrade which made our experience extra special. Although technically rated as a 2 star hotel (for some reason!), it strongly feels like a 4 star accommodation. The property is also perfectly located for both hiking and practicing winter sports, being right at the base of a ski slope! There is ample free parking space, the cleanliness was second to none and the breakfast had great variety.

Simply wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel has its own parking which is free. There is always an available parking spot. The location of the hotel is perfect- it is not in a too touristic village but 10’ walk to the closest touristic village. It felt super relaxed with plenty spaces to relax outside either at the sun-beds or the igloo-rooms and read, drink or just enjoy the mountain view. The stuff was friendly, polite, helpful and eager on providing information for the best possible stay. Good breakfast variety with Italian delicacies. The room was clean with limited mountain view due to the trees but it felt good to listen to the flow of the river, the birds and the rustling of leaves.

The staff were excellent. When had difficulty in getting to the hotel due to the condition of the roads they went out of their way to make sure we arrived safely in the middle of the night.

Everything provided was excellent, the only thing I would have liked would have been a sauna at the end of the days skiing.

Situated in Canazei Alba, this hotel benefits from a calmer location than central Canazei (which can be frenetic), yet is a few steps away from two cable cars which transport you up the mountains for summer hiking. The personnel are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel offers a quality experience, including an excellent restaurant and a great outdoor bar with log fires and good ambience. The breakfast was superb. The hotel is modern, high-spec, very comfortable. The hotel welcomed my dog, although not in the restaurant, which is understandable. I would choose this hotel again, either winter or summer.

Beautiful renovated luxury hotel in a great location. Great quiet location with mountain views, right next to 2 cable cars, about 30 minutes walk to the center of Canazei, lovely walk around the river. Good location for a trip to Marmolada. The room with a view of the forest was beautiful, new, luxurious. Beautiful bathroom + bathrobes. In front of the hotel was an outdoor bar with outdoor seating and music. Good drinks and wine. View of the mountains and the cable cars. Breakfast quite OK. Every day the same. The coffee was great. We did not use the restaurant. A new wellness center is being built in the hotel - we did not have the opportunity to use it. Good parking behind the hotel. Canazei is a lovely mountain small town.

Charming modern accommodation with a great location and view over the Dolomites. Special attention is attributed to the outdoors - sitting places, fireplace and sitting bags during the evenings, outside bar during the day, few covered parking options and free parking places with automated entry doors that close during the night. Chalet is modern and elegant indoors. The room is very nice with a great big bathroom. Breakfast is perfect with many restaurant-quality options and starts from 7 30. They offer multi-course dinner options, which for me started at 20 o'clock. The food is delicious and offers you a great overview of regional cuisine - if you have time and money I recommend it.

Nicely designed and very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The staff were super friendly and helpful. right next to the lift. We chose half board and the food was good - 4 courses every evening.

The music in the hotel bar outside was too loud, though it didn’t bother us inside.
