The staff was amazing and helpful, from check-in to check-out, including the restaurant staff. The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern, the food I purchased from the restaurant was great and the menu is interesting, but accommodating to everyone. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Brunswick, GA.

The only thing I could complain about, but it really wasn't a big deal, is the bathroom door. Our bathroom door was a sliding door and if you closed it to fast, it would slide back open a little. We figured out quickly that when closing it you had to hold it closed for a few seconds, then it was fine. I am sure if I would have asked, they would have given us another room, but again, it wasn't a huge deal and it doesn't change my opinion of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and really like there is a restaurant on site. Clean and well kept property. The young lady who ran the breakfast this last Saturday (Jan 20th) was exceptional. I watched who well she handled the sudden influx of guests coming in . She made eye contact and greeted everyone while she was very busy waiting on other customers. Never missed a beat. I worked in the hospitality business for years and you are very lucky to have such a professional young lady working for you!

Very clean and modern. All the staff were very nice and courteous. We went to the buffet 15 minutes after it closed, and they were cleaning and putting things away. We left the buffet, and one of the employees came and asked us if we were hungry and offered to make us a to go box. Those are the kind of things that make you return. Thank you

When we first checked in there was a tiny roll of toilet paper and no spares. Additional ones were requested and delivered promptly. The coffee pot in the room was not functional. I reported it to the front desk staff at check out. There was a small dog in the next room that barked during the night.

It’s a nice, comfortable and well located property I have visited in the past. As a Hilton Reward member, I was charged $130.66 before taxes. Why was the Booking base rate higher at $155.90? I think I will consider using Trivago. Booking’s rates are not attractive.

This is a place that's thought of everything you'll need and quite a bit you'll want. Everything is new and clean. The room was big and comfortable. There's an ATM. There are a lot of snack options. There's a restaurant with good food! I was able to get a good breakfast at the very end of the open time. I was well welcomed.

The price is a little higher...but it's worth it. However, there was one tiny disappointment. We got to the restaurant on our arrival evening (after an awful drive) several minutes BEFORE closing...and was turned away. I was able to get a snack. But it was a dent in an otherwise splendid hotel experience.

Front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly, and made sure we had everything. When we asked for more pillows, they brought them to our room within 10 minutes. Also the breakfast room is just wonderful, the food was great! This will be our second stay here to visit family in brunswick.

The facility was well maintained and staffed. When we entered our room you could smell the cleanliness. We really enjoyed the food that was prepared as well as the servers and cook. We will return to Hilton Garden Inn in the future.

The blanket had some damage but they were pulled fiber but it was clean.

I like the location. I like the customer service. I like the cleanliness of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the pool heater was inoperable. The kids couldn't really enjoy themselves in the pool because the water was cold.

Taylor at check in is a wonderful way to start. She is knowledgeable and honest. You don't find that often anymore. Her cheery personality made my day. She had me smiling and in my room quickly. The hotel is modern and clean. There is a bar and restaurant. Food was ok. They also have a bar. Drinks, martini was good. The waitress, Hannah is a star also. She made me feel at home and shared her favorites with me. They were good! Go for the strawberry cake! She was my dinner and breakfast waitresses. Although the complimentary breakfast is very confusing,the poor girl patiently explained it to several guests while I was in the dining room. Someone had gone home at the sister hotel and she was taking care of both . Along with the chef. They both handled the situation very well. For me the staff made an experience night feel worth what I paid. Hint...book on line. It's cheaper.

The breakfast situation is crazy. It's free or it's not. Should be simple
