Fantastic location in the heart of the old town of Viterbo, quiet, allows for a very good night sleep. Immaculately decorated, cosy, home-like feeling. It is equipped with absolutely everything needed. Kitchen has all necessary to cook own meals and enjoy them with a view. Very kind host.

It was not at all a problem for us, but a warning: the room is located on a top floor of a building without an elevator.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice!and it was lovely to have Patrizia around to chat to. I was able to give an indication of what suited in terms of timing. She was very helpful in giving me ideas about the area and extremely welcoming. It felt very relaxing, and is a peaceful area.

Patrizia and her husband were the perfect hosts, we loved every minute of our stay! We were warmly welcomed and felt very well looked after from the beginning to the end. The rooms were beautiful and most comfortable and the breakfast, complete with home made ciambellone was simply delicious. Brava Patrizia!!

Very clean. The location was excellent, close to all attractions of Viterbo. Patrizia was very nice and friendly, she gave us a lot of great information about the city.

Excellent location in the historical centre. Good communication with owner. Very friendly welcome, there was a garage to store the bikes, the room was big, nicely decorated and I particularly liked the fact that there were bathroom products available in refillable containers (shampoo, conditioner etc). Generous breakfast. Highly recommend.

The apartment was warm when we arrived, perfectly clean and everything we needed was provided; the provision of supplies was well above our expectations. We enjoyed our quick stop over.

The heating is on an automatic timer so we got a little cold during one couple of hour period. We are used to 35 degrees C and 90% humidity though, so perhaps it’s a unique problem for us!

The owner of this appartment is absolutely amazing! She gave us some tips of what to see around, also, she was so kind and collected one pair of shoes that we accidentally left, therefore we could take it back. The appartment itself is clean, comfortable and has AC + nets on the windows against mosquitoes. In the flat you can find everything you might need while travelling: shower gel, all of the kitchen supplies and basic spices for cooking, coffee machine, etc.
