The front desk guy who checked us in was absolutely amazing, helped us in every way possible, explained everything, and offered help as i am in a wheelchair. The staff is wonderfully to see around the site. Seemed to have someone available to answer questions and help as needed.

The other guests are rude. My little girl didn't get to make waffles 2 days in a row because other kids took all the mix and cut her off while she was waiting. There were way too many kids in the pool. As adults, we couldn't try and relax in the hot tub cause it was filled with way to many teenagers . Overall, we understand there are other guests. Also, we are patient and kind. But I believe it seems to be this way every time. .

Great location, clean and comfortable facility, excellent staff and service. I especially enjoyed hanging at the bar -- The bartender was super friendly. I also appreciate that the ellipticals in the gym are high quality, exactly the same as in my gym at home! We were greeted by the staff every time we entered. And the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be back.

The light in the parking area was bright and shone in line with my windows on the 3rd floor. The blackout curtains worked, but I will stay on a higher floor next time.

We always try to stay at Drury's when we travel. They are excellent hotels and great value for the money. They provide dinner between 5:30 and 7 with complimentary drinks and breakfast in the morning. Clean, comfortable rooms, pool, exercise room and great staff.

Outstanding breakfast! So many choices! I helped myself to biscuits and gravy (a rare treat) and then noticed the pancakes station. But then there were eggs and potatoes and sausage and oatmeal with all those toppings. So very good -- all of it. Did I mention the raisin toast? Excellent! I'd also like to mention the staff who came in to replenish when needed. They were so friendly. One even offered to dispose of my dirty dishes.

I always use flavored creamer in my coffee and was disappointed that wasn't an option. (Such a measly complaint after that wonderful breakfast!)

Your establishment was very full. You did a great job at keeping up with pool towels. The rooms were very refreshing, didn't smell stale or damp. The rooms were a great size and very clean as well. I loved having that seat in the shower. After a very, very, very long day, I needed that, lol.

None The hot food was not even warm to me..... The BBQ was cold it even looked cold, all clumped together. The Mac&Cheese was the same way, so we're the eggs the next morning. The BBQ and Mac& Cheese could of been amazing if it was even warm.

Scrambled eggs were good, tastie, pancakes were Ehh ok, cold and a bit grainy. Sausage was unappealing looking, tasted ok. The Potatoes were not nice at all. Cold. They were out and restocking biscuits( I beleive that was what was empty) but last call was called while I was eating so I was unable to get what was restocked. I felt there was not anything fresh to eat. Like fruit salad or yogurt. Everthing was processed food. That being said it was still better than most hotels breakfasts. And all staff was friendly, helpful, and cleaned a tabke quickly for me as we were at the hight of a late sunday morning rush. The busser was a young man, quickly pulling plates from tables, pre bussing the table etc...he was smiling, talkative wirh people and very quickly came over to wipe my table for me. It was a very pleasant stay.

My only complain would be finding hair in the corner of the bathroom floor where the floor meets the tub and seeing dust grim in the corners of the bathroom. It is something that stood out to me immediately. The rest of the room was spotless and clean. But that one grimy hair spot in the bathroom casused me to not feel like I was in a clean bathroom. Pool area did not feel clean. I was in the pool at 11 am. The hot tub surrounds did not look clean. Froth on hot tub looked grey.

There are only 2 EV charging stations and they were fully occupied all 3 nights. But sometimes there were vehicles parked in those slots that weren't charging. So the 3rd night I wasn't able to charge. Also, one of them didn't work. There are several needs in that regard: more parking in general, large signs indicating EV only parking, and care taken to make sure the chargers work. I did appreciate that there WERE charging stations available though.

room was very nice and clean I like a cool room, and air worked perfect even though it was March. mYhey offered breakfast and DINNER and it was really great. Worth every penny. Better than trying to figure out what to do for meals and who delivers. Staff was always helpful and at the desk ready to take care of needs. The lighting in bathroom was awesome, good for contact wearers.

The disability room really didn't help getting in and out of tub. a hand shower would have been nice also. The bathroom had a large sink cabinet area for getting toiletries out.

It’s clean and modern, very quiet in the rooms. The happy hour and food offerings is a great touch and very welcome. Blair, Kai and crew always seem to be on top of things. It has been a pleasure staying there monthly for the last six months. Sadly, my needs have changed and I will not be passing through Lafayette in the future, but they have earned my recommendation to anyone headed that way!

I haven’t found much not to like.

The Hot breakfast was a big hit with us. The Dinners were welcomed as well. The Eggs were beyond fantastic. Light and fluffy, better than restaurant grade. The biscuits were extremely great. Each offering matched any meal any good restaurant could possibly offer. It was beyond impressive.

Towels and washcloths could have been more plentiful. People can use towels more than once, but washcloths need to be offered for each day... Perhaps double the cloths with the towels.
