Everything about this resort is so wonderful. The staff were so amazing, lovely, kind and helpful. They were so beautiful to be around and I loved being able to chat with them. My room had everything I needed and the sea view was spectacular as I got to see sunrise and sunset sitting on the balcony. The pool was fabulous and I often had it to myself. It was great that I could get food at the hotel as sometimes I didn’t feel like going into town. The location was perfect for me as it was quiet and just out of town. It was an easy walk into town or you can get a Tuk tuk. The nearby park was so wonderful and I loved watching the children play in the evening and all the families being together, sharing food, laughing and spending time with each other. I will absolute come back to this resort and will recommend to everyone coming to Kep.

The staff were nice. It has an a pretty good view but half of it is blocked by a different hotel. The overall look of the hotel and room are pleasant. The room has nice lighting, a balcony, and comfortable bed

The water system in the hotel was a little dysfunctional with it turing off at times or being overly loud when heard from adjoining rooms. The breakfast was good but a limited selection of items. The people I perceived to be the owners or managers were loud and obnoxious.

One of the staff had great English and very helpful and friendly. Best staff pretty well have every experienced.

They should not have to wait for you to put a clean room sigh on the door to know when to clean the room. Just knock on the late morning or early afternoon and clean it especially if client is not on the premises.

Good food, the young lady taking take of the reception is very kind and very good at her job. Good location.

Only one person speaks English, the part time employee that can’t speak English was not so friendly as well. Often seemed like we were bothering her. Which is a shame because the other young lady is super service minded and you can see she enjoys and very helpful.

The receptionist and staff were very attentive and accomodating, the swimming pool is great and the location very convenient. It’s quiet and private and the facilities were good

One of our rooms had two power points that were not working but everything else was great

Very friendly person in the reception, thank you❣️ We liked the atmosphere of the hotel and enjoyed using the pool. Our room was spacious.
