Lovely property, close to a private and very clean beach. Everywhere was clean and the staff was so polite.

It is a pricey hotel, for my personal expenses, but worth finding a good deal to experience it. Also, the all inclusive package offers start from the check in time (15:00) so you need to wait until dinner to eat (with the exception of some snacks next to the bar) and the check out is at 11:00, so you basically „lose” one lunch from this deal.

We stayed at Amaronda as a family with two kids and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth, the staff warm and welcoming, and we even received a free upgrade from a family room to a spacious bungalow with partial sea view. The food is excellent — diverse, high quality, and never boring, even after a full week. Drinks are self-service (beer, wine, sodas, juice), and bars are included until 19:00 at beach bar and 23:00 in main building. The only odd thing is the small drink glasses and that bottled water in the room after the first day costs extra, even though water dispensers are freely available throughout the hotel. The atmosphere is always calm and family-friendly. There are plenty of sunbeds (even double and anatomical ones), and everything is kept clean and tidy. Animation is fun, though mostly in French, which might be a downside for non-French-speaking guests. Kids club is only in French and Greek. What stood out most was the staff culture — respectful, kind, and truly making you feel at home. You can sense they are treated well by management, and many act like hosts of their area, not just employees. It creates a warm, personal feeling throughout the stay. A few minor details (towel change only after 5 days, small glasses, paid water) are easily overlooked considering the overall experience. This place fully deserves a 10 out of 10 and our highest recommendation.

The only issue was the working hours of the swimming pool. 10am to 18pm...should be 9 to 19 like in other hotels specially in July August

Second time staying at this hotel and everything was once again excellent! Mr. Lymberopoulos kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite, something we really appreciated and that made our stay even more special.Despite the hotel being quite full in August, the staff handled everything professionally and always with a smile. A huge thank you to the ladies at the kids’ club (daily 6pm-10pm!) who were wonderful with the children — creative, caring, and full of energy. The food was another highlight — a wide variety of fresh options, including meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, all of excellent quality. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children. The environment is safe, friendly, and well-organized. The parties and kids’ activities were truly amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable for the whole family. We will definitely be returning – thank you for another unforgettable stay!

We recently stayed at Amaronda Resort in Eretria and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — always polite, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The cleanliness throughout the resort was good. Our room was well-kept and refreshed daily. The dining experience was another highlight: there was plenty of food at every meal, with a wide variety to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they liked. The location was decent, providing easy access to the surrounding area, but the real gem for us was the kids’ club. It was excellent — well-organized, engaging, and run by friendly staff who clearly enjoy working with children. It gave us parents some time to relax knowing the kids were in good hands. Overall, Amaronda Resort is a great choice for families looking for comfort, great service, and plenty of things to do. We would gladly return for another stay!

If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the all-inclusive drinks selection — options like iced tea or Aperol Spritz weren’t available, and a bit more variety would make it even better.

I can not say enough of great things about the hotel. Very clean. Kostas the manager you will not find a more personal person associated with hotels. Right from the beginning of the trip he made sure that we had everything that we needed. The beach was right across street. One of the most beautiful beaches that you will see in Greece. All white sandy beach with no rocks or pebbles. The street that hotel was on has many beautiful restaurants and shops. Nafplio is only 10 minutes away. We look forward to returning here next year. The property was lovely and the decor was minimal and contemporary. Plenty of space for kids to run around and multiple high chairs available for babies which was a plus.

The water fountain by the bar had a leak and there was always water on the marble floor which anyone could slip on. They just put up a yellow slippery floor sign and never wiped it up. The kids pool was freezing cold and had no sufficient shade. The bar staff were miserable which was a downer, they wouldn’t crack a smile. But the restaurant waiters were always happy and kind. One of our rooms did not have a phone which was inconvenient and the Wi-Fi was not great.

Purely as suggestions, we would like to have children’s activities for older kids ( currently the kids club is only for small children). The one point we found truly disappointing was the variety and quality of the drinks offered as part of the all inclusive package. The beach is lovely but the sea itself is always very murky and a bit of a disappointment.

Hotel: The bed and pillows were comfortable; room was very clean and modern; area around the hotel well-kept: beautiful olive, pomegrate or lemon trees in the garden, everywhere nice and beautifully arranged space for sunbathing or admiring the picturesque views. Food: was ok, very good salads (not only greek one), always min. 2 different kind of meat and 1 fish. Cakes were very good.

Food: It is a pity that the hotel do not serve seafood in all inclusive formula. Cakes could be more sophisticated, actually there always was the same kind of cake and the same cream but served in various ways. Coffee could be better

We liked the pool area and the beach (the sun beds are very comfortable), when we were staying there it was not overcrowded, the food wad OK, rooms were clean and tidied everyday, it has good infrastructure- everything is very close. The staff at reception are very kind and always willing to help.

The food was cold most of the time, staff behind the bar were not very motivated and due to that they seemed not as nice, almost rude. The cocktails were made different by every bartender so you never really know what you’re getting. The walls of hotel are very thin so you hear everything from the next room. We booked shuttle service to the hotel through hotel and they gave us false information (how the driver will wait for us with our name or hotel logo - nothing of that was true) therefore we were waiting at the airport for more than 2 hours.
