Location off I 5 was great as well as being 1 block away from the old Hwy 9 (or 90 ?) which we needed in order to drive to our family's home. Easy to find. Room was very comfortable Breakfast room was easily accessible and had hot food Noise from interstate was not super loud but I still wore my earplugs.

Door was hard to open electronically,requiring speed and muscles ! Inside the room it was easy to see the outside from the poorly sealed door Locks helped us feel secure despite the light coming in from outside Biggest issue was parking. Even though there was a small adjacent lot, by the time we returned from our family visits in the evening,all the spaces were full. We had to park in the lobby parking area.

It may not be a luxury inn but it is clean and has everything you need. Toiletries are supplied, in room microwave and fridge. The Arby’s is in the same parking lot. BurgerMaster is in walking distance. Across the street from a car rental place, Walmart and Lowe’s. It’s just a 5-10 minute drive from any other stores you may need. Including Costco and multiple shopping centers. The pool at the hotel is my family’s favorite part of our stay. Not huge but deep and definitely a bonus to be able to let them swim and get some wiggles out before bed.

This place is the worst place I've ever stayed they randomly took Money off my card as well as off of my sons. They said dog fees but they can't charge for my emotional support dog. And besides that every amouznt they took out was different it never was the same they were extremely rude . A

They had breakfast I'm morning u can't bring to room and my ko.s disabled and theyargued with me about bringing her food even. This place is not clean it's gross and not worth a penny let alone what they charge

location and the bed was amazing!

I worked as a housekeeper there 45 years ago and saw it new. I noticed that the walls need washing and paint. the tub and bathroom floor needs to be replaced as there are chips and it makes it look dirty. I noticed the bathroom door needs to be replaced as it is tattered along the bottom from moisture . I also had to make the phone call to your server because my Wi-Fi was not working. personally, that should have been handled for me, but the gentleman at the front desk said I would have to make the call. As I used to be a housekeeper and I notice what some people don’t, even at friends homes, restaurants, and mostly rooms I stay in.

My boyfriend and I have been staying at this Quality Inn for 2+ week while our new place is able to be moved into. Due to issues with the former tenant our move in date has been pushed back a few times and the motel has been understanding and totally supportive in any way they can. This is what I liked best about my stay: -The staff here are the greatest feature if im 100% honest. Their attitude, above and beyond accommodations and laid back attitude is a real standout and sets them apart from other lower end priced motels. There have been several instances that they treated me more like a welcomed house guest or visiting relative. - The facility is DEFINITELY nicer than all local competitors in that price range. By far - Rooms are larger and outfitted with up to date electronics furniture - Not stingy with the towels, garbage bags, sugar packs, etc. and housekeepers are not banging down the door asking about cleaning your room - The lobby is open 24/hours a day so someone is always available

The staff were absolutely amazing. Rubin was such a big help when our car broke down in their parking lot and the breakfast they offered was pretty good too.

There is some construction going on next door but besides that it is a well kept hotel.

It was cleaner than I expected and the bed was comfortable. After leaving here, we stayed at what some would consider a little fancier hotel further into our trip, and the beds at the Quality Inn were much better than the fancier hotel. And not because they are old and worn in. The mattresses look rather new. It’s an older slightly dated hotel but very clean. Pool was nice for the baseball team. Young man at the check in desk was great.

A little dated but nothing that interferes with the stay.

I love this place! I wasn't able to stay under this reservation unfortunately but I have stayed at this location before and I anticipate staying here in the future!

I was having a bad night myself but I was a little disappointed at how I was treating by the night staff. However my experiences here impressed me enough to stay again in the future.

The room was clean and stocked well. The breakfast offered was fantastic and had great flavor. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location as perfect , great freeway access. Parking lot felt secure as we parked in front of the office and ghere was always someone there. It is a great stay.

The bed could use a little better mattress but it is not horrible.

Staff were very good, accommodating. Location is close to shopping and restaurants.
