They were very accommodating and friendly. They were very helpful and told us about the bus system and schedule. They were able to explain how to get to the things we wanted to see. And breakfast was big and filling and the kitchen staff was very kind and considerate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend it. Full size refrigerator and Kroger delivery hooked us up with the groceries we needed. We cooked dinner in our room every night and it had a dishwasher. So it was a home away from home. But there home has an excellent swimming pool that was clean and cool even when it was 104 degrees outside. Oh and one night we even grilled out because they have a gas grill by the swimming pool area. I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs and hotels . But I will say this was the most enjoyable place to stay. Located in a nice area with access to everything.. Shout out to all the staff you and your kindness made the trip!! Thank you for a wonderful time..

I really honestly can't think of one thing I didn't like.

Spacious room with nice kitchen. Free parking was great.

No ice made in the freezer. Had to go all the way back down to the 1st floor to get it & our room was the furthest from the elevator. "Free" breakfast only available until 9am. After a late night on Saturday, it was not possible to make it to breakfast Sunday morning. It was included in the cost and considering the price I paid for one night, I was very disappointed that I couldn't get any breakfast after 9:00, especially on a Sunday. There also wasn't anywhere else easy to get to before getting on the highway.

We booked this location as we were traveling through with little planning. The room had great amenities for a longer stay, though we didn't get to use them.

There were definitely signs of heavy usage...dings in the wall, shower and a metal panel that wasn't screwed into the wall. If we had smaller kids (toddler) with us, it would have been a safety issue that I would have called in. As it was very late and we were leaving very early I didn't tell the front desk.

Everything, couldn’t complain. Walking distance to both downtown and the bus to the stockyards. Nice area. Great choices for brekky, friendly and helpful staff. Big room and bed. Didn’t use the pool or gym.

My only negative is filtered coffee not pod coffee. But that’s personal preference.

Convenient breakfast was good service was very good liked refrigerator and sink stove even though we didn’t use

Bed were small 1st room we got smelled like smoke 2nd room rug was wet said because of shampooing rug but was too tired to move

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel: it was tidy and cosy, pool area was very nice, staff very friendly, and breakfast really surpassed our expectations (good selections of items, with a tasty home-made feel).

A restaurant or at least a chance to buy alcoholic drinks (to pool etc) would've been nice. Also, the products in the small shop were bit pricey, though otherwise it was a useful addition. The entrance lobby was perhaps a bit outdated in style.

Very convenient location. Much cheaper than staying closer to the Stockyards on New Years Eve. And, there was a bus that picked, and dropped us off right in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to drive and find a place to park at the Stockyards!

Facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly upon arrival and during check in. My room was very nice with a kitchen sink, full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, and stove.

I think it could have had more water pressure in the shower.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome from the guy at the reception . The hotel is very clean and comfortable and all members of staff were friendly and happy. Shout out to the cleaners who do a great job keeping this big hotel spotless and always smiling . Our room was spacious ,well equipped . Breakfast was good and had everything you needed . The location was good a little walk in to town for dinner and drinks ect .Out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 week American road trip this was by far the best . We would recommend to anyone .

Air con a little loud but that the same where ever you go .

Breakfast was included in room price, and I was pleasantly surprised by quality. Was able to check.in early which was a blessing.

Spent one night so difficult to find a negative in such a short period of time.
