Great hotel. Friendly staff, the hotel is beautiful and clean. It's quiet it's good! The breakfast is complete varied and very good. The pool is clean and the infinity pool overlooks the beach. Possibility to eat at the restaurant the food is good and there is choice. We come back.

We booked into yana villas for 5 nights and had such a fabulous time we decided to extend. The property is on the beachfront which has white sands and is beautiful for a morning stroll. There is also an infinity pool that looks out into the ocean,The perfect place to relax listening to the waves. The staff are so attentive and friendly, a special thanks to A for making the best cocktails and looking after us during our stay. The room was incredible. We had a pool suite which also had a jacuzzi in it. Very roomy and was cleaned every day. All food freshly cooked and prepared, all dishes were delicious and reasonable. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing seaside break.

Stayed in Pool Villa room Room was perfect comfortable bed and huge! Special mention to Yung who was on duty for evening meals in dining area.

Only lukewarm water in shower first night but eventually problem was fixed Breakfast and meal area open to ocean. Beautiful view but food was disappointing , very limited and no proper indoor restaurant for dining.

The room was great - spacious enough and lovely jacuzzi on the balcony which our son loved. The beach is on the hotels doorstep, and our son also spent the whole time in the ocean. The hotel is right on the edge of the part of the beach you can walk along (the rest of the beach has the tide right up to sea walls), and so we could walk each day to explore and get to the Monkey Island temple etc. This end of Hua Hin is very quiet, but it suited us perfectly.

Top floor balcony in the room was a bit of wasted space. Despite requesting the sofa be made up for our kid, this was not done, but rectified quickly.

The hotel service staff, rooms, facilities were superb. Lot of privacy. Food was exceptional. Beach was phenomenal and really clean, had nice long walks every night. Grab and tuk tuks (15 thb per person anywhere on the strip) are easily available and about 120-150 baht for taxi

The pool water was just freezing. Even on a hot day, it was super cold. We used it for rejuvenation, but couldn't sit in there for too long. The distance from hua hin center and market is about 15/20 mins by cab/tuk tuk so be aware of this. The sea had jellyfish so getting into the water was tricky

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room and absolutely loved it! The room had direct access to a terrace – while the side views were limited, it was still a lovely spot to enjoy both mornings and evenings. The room came with centralized lighting controls, a full-sized wardrobe, and a smart layout that separates the bathroom from the lavatory. Lighting was perfect throughout – every corner was well-lit. Daily housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful, always restocking all the complimentary items including cookies, drinks, and treats in the fridge. Internet and TV worked flawlessly – no glitches at all. The bed was massive, super comfy, and easily big enough for 4 adults. There was also a single bed that doubles as a sofa with cozy pillows. The jacuzzi was impressively large and could comfortably fit 3 adults. We were welcomed warmly on our anniversary with a smooth check-in, welcome drinks, and a special room decoration which made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast buffet was incredible – absolutely delicious with tons of options for everyone, including vegetarians. It felt luxurious without being overpriced, which is rare for a 5-star property. A big shout-out to the amazing staff – every single person was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Khun Fern and Little for their exceptional hospitality. The beachfront location, infinity pool, and the peaceful vibe made it feel just like home. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

Really liked the location, and the Room was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The AC unit was exceptional. The Rooms were very clean and well appointed.

The pool villa was cold. It would have been nice to have these temperature-controlled. Not a major issue, but we planned on enjoying some time in the unit's pool, but weren't so lucky. For breakfast, there was a good variety, but some items, like some egg dishes, were pre-cooked and warmed up. I ordered boiled eggs, and given - they were served in a long shot glass but were cold. The same for the pancakes - which were still delicious, but pre-made.

The design of the property is really well done. Excellent layout and artistic. Rooms were large. We didn't use the jacuzzi but it was a nice option. The location is quiet and close to the seafood restaurants in Takiab. There is also a Tuesday and Saturday market by the temple which is just south by where the green baht bus begins. There is a good massage place down that way called Suwanee and a great Khao Soi place called Phrae there. We would normally take bolt or grab to go north instead of cramming on the baht bus. Much more peaceful.

Mosquitoes in the room. At first we thought it was during the cleaning by the maid but we think they are getting in from the sliding door that leads to the upper terrace. Breakfast could be tweaked a bit..less could be more. They offer a large amount of options but it may not be what everyone is looking for. The setting for breakfast is amazing though, just mind the wind if you sit out by the pool.

Almost everything was perfect. The easy access to the beach, the excellent restaurants, the friendly staff, and the pools were all great. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and despite some signs of aging, the cleanliness was well maintained.

I stayed in the Sea View Villas, and I believe the room's maintenance could be improved. There were noticeable signs of wear and tear, particularly on the sliding glass door, wardrobe door, and curtains. The wheels on the sliding door need to be replaced, as it frequently gets stuck. Additionally, the curtain hooks need to be properly secured to the rails, as they were coming off.

The hotel is located at the area of Kao Ta Kiab, a bit further from Hua Hin downtown. We used our own car to roam around but there were also some mini buses to the city as well. The hotel itself was not so big but sufficient. We stayed in Jacuzzi Suite, it was interesting with the terrace upstairs (we didn’t use though because we actually couldn’t see any view). The room was very comfy and clean. The breakfast was accommodated in 3 rounds due to small space but it was ok. The food was good and a lot of options. The water was really nice and clear with a bit of waves. The beach was clean and very pleasant to walk along.

Sometime there were a lot of noises from the villa downstairs.
