Bright spacious rooms with generous balconies.

Although I love this hotel, I've been coming here for over 14 years, the bed mattresses could be improved with mattress toppers.

Great place. Rooms are big and spacious. Pool was great for my son to play. You have beach, stores and some good restaurants in walking distance. Great place

Great room with a lot of space and big balcony. Staff was perfect. Close to the beach and some great food. Pool was really good.

The room was comfortable and the staff were nice. The pool was nice.

The beds were extremely hard and terrible to sleep on.

The location.There are some tasty restaurants near by as well as a 711 across the road, taxi, massage, and beach around the corner. it's a great location. the pool is lovely too, the only thing was on the last 2 days we couldn't use as it the heavy rain pushed dirt and stone into the pool and they didn't clean in.

The pool not being cleaned. The monkeys... I wonder how they can keep them out of the hotel as they are a real nuisance and slightly scary looking, I'm not sure if they would actually bite but I was slightly concerned by them.

From what I could tell the hotel was empty but they chose to put me on the 4th floor well away from the main building,first of all there was no water to the bath,which took a day to fix, hot water was in and out for the rest of the week,the swimming pool was disgustingly dirty so you couldn't swim, in the evening and night time the local monkeys made so much noise you may as well been staying in a Zoo,all tv channels were either in Thai or German,wi fi was week. Mind you I also thought it a bit cheeky that your website had this hotel reduced by 50% when in reality you could not pay ME to stay there!!
