The staff are fantastic. The reception staff are fantastic. The mountain view and the pool are .... fantastic. Very very clean. Very peaceful and high level of tranquillity. Great value for money!

That the sun bed area was not really in the sun when we were there, weather it different at different times of the year I can't say they only had sun for a couple of hours lunch time till around 4pm and as we are sun lovers this is the only thing wrong . Feel like swimming pool was on the wrong side of the hotel. It's a little out of town, but you can walk about 10 mins down the road and get a bus tuk tuk for 15 Bart in to town. Then, if late night get a taxi back at around 200 Bart on the hole, we had a very enjoyable stay, stayed Dec 2023 till Jan 2024 for 8 nights 9 out of 10

Really helpful staff. Clean and modern. Transport into the main city center area (which is close to Royal Hua-Hin golf course) was easy and cheap. Hotel provides a free shuttle and if that doesn’t suite you then there is a short walk to a local mini-bus/shuttle that cost 15THB/person ($0.5 at time of writing). Two beachfronts are within walking distance. There is also a good selection of restaurants, local stores and massage places in the area. Or you can take advantage of the pool, gym, poolbar, café and spa at the hotel.

The breakfast coffee could have been better. But the café had good coffee.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location . Close to the beach and local transport into the main busy areas . Lovely rooms and fabulous pool area / gardens . Great reception staff .

The only fault was the towel situation at the pool and the fact that there weren’t any for guests to use on the mornings . Those that were available didn’t arrive until mid afternoon and quickly went . Not enough to go round the guests staying .

Nice location, close to the beach but also close to the running and bike lane (for us important because we came here for training). Very big swimming pool as well! I love the garden with many trees and flowers that makes the landscape so relaxing and peaceful! You don’t hear any noise from the street! The staff very nice and friendly Room clean and big enough

I don’t have any negative things to say but maybe if I have to find something bad maybe the noise of the AC

Superbly professional and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained daily. The gym had a great selection of machines and free weights. Within walking distance to dozens of local restaurants and bars. The largest and nicest swimming pool in Thailand. Amazing breakfast featuring a wide array of Western and Asian food. Staff and Management made efforts every single day to ensure my stay was memorable. I will cherish the memories of my stay at iSanook Hua Hin; the highlight of my 3-month travels across Europe and Asia.

We brought my elderly parents and stayed for three nights. The hotel manager was most accommodating, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Since we had to store our luggage after checkout until late at night, the manager lent us her own key card to ensure we could access the front door. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean. The entire hotel is decorated with graceful antique furnishings, creating a pleasing environment.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe studio. Shower has great water pressure and bed was huge and comfortable. All the staff are welcoming and helpful.

On the balcony there is a solid wall therefore blocking a view of the pool when sat down. Between the bathroom area and rest of the unit is a small step that is easily tripped over. Why not a shallow slope? The area is well away from the main town of Hua Hin but beach is walkable and there are shops/restaurants nearby. Grab taxi to town is not expensive.

Breakfast was great as shown in the review, the service team is awesome and ready to serve, nice swimming pool. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and living room. 1 Kig or bigger bed (I think 2 fat men or a couple with 1 toddler) will fit well! The bad thing was I don't have much time to enjoy. LOL

I know that the hotel wants to be relax. However, I went to work but my parents went to relax. lol They have the very dim light in the living room (bedrooms were better but not much); which they have the desk to work. It was hard for me to concentrate my work. I asked for the reading lamp at the front desk but they didn't have it. LOL

Breakfast was standard for a hotel of this caliber - pool was fantastic, gym was big and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and big. Location was a little outside the center of Hua Hin but there was a shuttle 5x/day and easy to get a Grab.

The doors for the toilets don't go from the floor to the ceiling. It was smoky while we were there so it would have been nice to close off the stairwell doors to help the air quality on the room floors.
