when we arrived, the bathroom was not cleaned, dust in the closet , after 10 minutes the cleaner cleaned it. Bad smell from refrigerator. Electrical problems

Bathroom needs updating Room clean was not done when we put the sign on the door - emptied my own bins on a couple of occasions. Only 4 sun beds for the amount of guests - had to wait until sometimes late afternoon for a sun bed . Did mention to the owner that as they had the facilities, kitchen area , it might be a good idea to share this with the guests . To either use or perhaps provide a small breakfast option . New owners taking over just as we were leaving , so we addressed our points with him and he said that he would be acting on these .

Large, spacious & clean!

No hot water in shower, no mosquito net & lot of mosquito in the room so have to burn mosquito coil!

Lovely surroundings, with little cabins and peaceful garden's. It was great to sit on the terrace and have your own umbrella. Gave us a late check out, which was hugely appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and the room had a big smart TV, with free coffee and water. Lots of parking.

Just a few minor things. The bathroom wasn't great, the ceiling leaked as well (although it was a pretty heavy downpour we had). No breakfast available and very few sunbeds around the pool, for the size of the complex. Also they need to change the room description, it says 'the private pool is the special feature of this room" well it's not. The resort has a pool, that's it, but it's one for all the guests.

We had a pleasant experience staying here. The place is quiet and relaxing, suitable for a family or a group of friends who prefer a peaceful environment without loud noise. We chose this place as it's very close to the Kaset Vet hospital, and our cat was able to adjust to this place easily. Bonus for traveling with a pet, as there are no extra fees. You just have to leave everything clean and clean up after your pet's mess. Then, they will return 100% of the deposit to you.

There are mosquitoes inside the property sometimes. So have to be very careful when going in and out of the room, especially after sunset.

On arrival there were a few issues with our apartment partly due to miscommunication and partly due to a couple of faults.This was resolved this next day and we were upgraded to a lovely hut at no extra cost.we were given free water and coffee every day the staff we a.azing and nothing was to much trouble.

Would have liked to be able to use the kitchen as it is just sitting there at the moment however this is because it has recently had new owners and they are in the process of upgrading.

The resort is very well-maintained and clean, with a very clean and comfortable pool. The staff was very friendly and polite. The bungalow I stayed in was perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable, the Smart TV was very large, the bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Very close to the beach. Seven Eleven is 80 meters away, and there are many restaurants nearby. Definitely, if I return to Hua Hin, I would stay here without hesitation.

I have stayed I 3 different accommodations at Luna Hut.... - Deluxe King... which great - Standard King.... 2 different rooms in Building..... which good - Twin Bungalow..... which good Clean property The staff very friendly and kind Location wonderful. Highly recommended Close to Restaurants and 711. Close to downtown via Songthaews (green)

The building... needs improvements and updates in the bathrooms and outdoor space (balcony)

It was very clean. Has glass shower in the bathroom and it smells and looked very clean. Very helpful staff and willing to help.

Mosquitoes were in the room and it was hard to sleep or to get rid of them. Cleaners should spray for mossies when the finish cleaning and it would be perfect. The pool area was small but still nice enough for the price.

Great staff,and, well maintained. Close to street vendors, restaurants, and convenience store. 5 min walk to beach.

Some man sat at front desk outside with another man while working on a laptop comouter in the afternoons and evenings....speaking notably loud in a foriegn language, it was odd and annoying.
