I have stayed at Baan View Viman 6 times. I love the location and the fact that it's at the edge of town. You can see fishermen, monkeys, horses grazing in the field, nxt to the condo, and hear monks chanting when the wind blows in a certain direction. The only thing that puzzles me is that they used to have a small gym. A few years ago they moved the machines in the outside atrium and turned the gym into a store room. It's too hot to do exercise in the open, it's only possible to do it indoors with air conditioning. Also, the jets in the pool are ridicolously feeble and often switched off. Kettle was not working but that was no problem as i don't like instant coffee. They would have changed it straightaway if i had told them. Very minimal cutlery, why? Do guests steal them? The cleaners were absolutely fantastic. I know this place very well. I should have kept this my best kept secret!

Great location with just a short walk to the Khao Takiab beach. Very good conditions for swimming and relaxing. We got a top floor so the mountain view was really nice especially around sunset. You could also see the golf course or parts of the city from the balcony. Since it's just next to the golf course it's very quiet. There is a very nice pool with a lot of place to chill. Cleaning service was done once a week, which was a big plus. On top of everything, the host was really responsive and accommodating. There is 7-eleven and Tops supermarkets nearby and also a local Food Market near Wat Khao Lan Thom. Definitely recommended.

Location is good but own transport a good idea if regular visits into town were taken.

Pool decking in very bad shape. Warning notice displayed informing of works to follow but nothing happened in our 6 week stay. No free internet available in pool area. Office staff rather dismissive if any queries with first response being ‘You call First Choice’. It required some assertive conversation to remind them that it was their job to do that.

Great, spacious and modern condo. Only a five-minute walk from the beach. Very quiet location with a view of the countryside on the neighboring golf course.

The advantage of the quiet location is the disadvantage of the peripheral location. This can be easily solved with a scooter. Either way, this is practical for exploring the elongated city up to Cha Am.

Room was clean and tidy, and cleaned very well each week. Beach a short walk as advertised, quiet location, spacious room, friendly staff. All as hoped for

Sofa stained and getting frayed. Air conditioning power units on balcony facing the balcony, throwing out hot air, why? Desperately needs light on mirror in bathroom.

Clean. Very quiet. Pleasant decor. Good vacation kitchen. Not far from the beach, comfortable walking distance.

View is not great. Balcony is not very functional, the air conditioner units make the balcony unpleasant.

A great bed in a clean condo with kitchen etc. Very comfy and a friendly helpful staff 24/7. A nice swimming pool that I used by myself each morning.

It was very far from restaurants and other amenities, so one really needs transportation. A little tricky to find the first time. I asked for a room with a view of the ocean and did not get it, as the floor was not high enough so I could only see tiny patches of sea between trees.

The comfort of the sofa, having no smart TV, no English speaking channels on the TV . Balcony is is the sun all afternoon until sundown, so unable to use in the afternoon.

Beautiful condo. Everything you could want. Clean, comfortable and well-designed. Quiet location, near the beach, with good swimming pool. Very friendly staff. Security and young man called Wave were extremely polite and helpful.

I think I posted about my previous night there - gorgeous room, super-comfy bed, full kitchen and good WiFi, all you need for longer stays. And a lovely, peaceful outlook to the mountains.

There's no discount for 2nd and 3rd nights yet they wouldn't replace the coffee, water etc on day 2 and only replaced things I needed on day 3 after I asked for it. Also note this is in Takiab, a district a few kms south of Hua Hin, accessible only by 1 narrow road. I had a car so I was ok. I suggest this place is better is you have private transport - there's a secure, underground car park underneath. These are minor quibbles. It was a nice stay
