Beach front location and nice sea view from the room. Located very close to Suan Son Pradipat train station with direct connection to Bangkok-Hua Lampong.

The hotel is spread out over a wide area, so do pay attention to where the room you book will be located. Whether in Suanson 1 (main building with better pool, beach bar and other facilities) or Suanson 2 which is almost 1km away and has lesser facilities (but better rooms). Cleanliness is so-so and pool towels were not provided on either of the two days we spent there, with different lame excuses each day.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is right on a fairly quiet and clean ocean beach. The food was good and the staff was friendly (however, many don't speak English). Even though we stayed in the bungalows, we had access to the pool and the hotel restaurant breakfast. We requested an extra bed after arrival and they set it up for us in a timely manner for no additional charge. The rooms were clean and both bedrooms had their own AC unit.

In our bungalow bathroom, the tap and shower water came out yellow. Thankfully, no one experienced any illness or skin issues, but still... yellow water.

Only stay at the STANDARD accomodation as the DELUX falls short in comparison. The Standard has a huge pool, gym, beach bar and restaurant and the Delux doesn’t… Clueless advertising!!

Staff do not speak Any or very limited English which is very difficult when ordering food and drink.

Location was out of town which we expected and appreciated as it was Christmas and New Year, so we still managed to have peace and tranquillity. The beach and views from the rooms ( all of them) was simply stunning. We had great service while we were at the hotel from the staff, always friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. We had a suite and it was great to have a lounge and chairs to sit in.

Breakfasts for the english tourist could have been better, but as we were there for a long stay, we made alternative arrangements and still came down to breakfast and enjoyed the views & alternatives we brought in with us. I think the hotel will address this going forward, if you like asian food & eggs for breakfast you will be very happy.

a good place for relaxation, spacious rooms, direct at the beach, beach suitable for long walk, big clean swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, they changed immediately our room when the neighbours were loud, lots of parkings space for cars,

sometimes neighbours could noisy because the king size bed rooms are connected with 2 doors to the neighbour room, recommendation for couples: take the 2 bed room and let the staff connect the beds

If you are looking for a calm getaway with a nice beach (much nicer then most if Hua Hin), this is your place. Wonderfully located, kind staff, nice, but a bit boring breakfast, excellent with a small kid.

It might be an advantage or a disadvantage, depends on how you look at it, but you will spend 400-500 baht on Grab easily to get into the town and back on a daily basis. It is very far from city centre, accessable with Grab or even more expensive taxis only. Still, I would book again:5 an affordable price anytime.

Having had a special eye on the negative comments here on booking.com of course we checked all claims and totally disagree with the issues brought forward. Actually, here we have two separate hotels about one km apart from each other. As we were curious, we checked out both. Belonging to the Thai army it’s more focused on Thai guests with local needs rather than European we are very willing to honour as we are in THAILAND!!! Why people come here, calling themselves "International Experienced" and looking for "Ballermann Style". Both lobbies are very nice, giving a great atmosphere. Garden and beach are splendid, maybe one of the nicest in the region and totally private. The pools are very nice too. The very spacious rooms are a bit old fashioned but good enough. We like the wing towards the golf course better even with the cheaper standard rooms. We are not into golf but if you are, you’d like it we believe. Breakfast is also more Thai oriented but delicious if you are able to adopt yourselves to Thai style breakfast. Again, why do you come here when you are not able to adjust yourself. And yes, HuaHin with all it’s hustle and bustle is 10 km away but the quietness here is superb during the week while on weekend they might have a wedding or a birthday party. But that's their business, isn’t it?

Located on the beach next to the golf club. Five miles south of the city.Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The room would benefit from a deep clean! It was cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels! But!When you look closely at the the details it could do with a spring clean and/or refurbishment. Our room had a patio but sad to say the garden that we overlooked was let down by litter! The rest of the gardens were maintained to a high standard. The overspill car park is like a rubbish dump! No bins and not cleaned in the 17 days we were there. A great pity.

Deluxe and standart room has no safety box so i have to upgrade room for about 1300 baht for suite and big problem is that at the pool are only 6 or 7 sun loungers so every morning start the fight about them ☺️☺️☺️the same problem is on the beach
