Great hotel. Friendly staff, the hotel is beautiful and clean. It's quiet it's good! The breakfast is complete varied and very good. The pool is clean and the infinity pool overlooks the beach. Possibility to eat at the restaurant the food is good and there is choice. We come back.

We booked into yana villas for 5 nights and had such a fabulous time we decided to extend. The property is on the beachfront which has white sands and is beautiful for a morning stroll. There is also an infinity pool that looks out into the ocean,The perfect place to relax listening to the waves. The staff are so attentive and friendly, a special thanks to A for making the best cocktails and looking after us during our stay. The room was incredible. We had a pool suite which also had a jacuzzi in it. Very roomy and was cleaned every day. All food freshly cooked and prepared, all dishes were delicious and reasonable. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing seaside break.

Stayed in Pool Villa room Room was perfect comfortable bed and huge! Special mention to Yung who was on duty for evening meals in dining area.

Only lukewarm water in shower first night but eventually problem was fixed Breakfast and meal area open to ocean. Beautiful view but food was disappointing , very limited and no proper indoor restaurant for dining.

The room was great - spacious enough and lovely jacuzzi on the balcony which our son loved. The beach is on the hotels doorstep, and our son also spent the whole time in the ocean. The hotel is right on the edge of the part of the beach you can walk along (the rest of the beach has the tide right up to sea walls), and so we could walk each day to explore and get to the Monkey Island temple etc. This end of Hua Hin is very quiet, but it suited us perfectly.

Top floor balcony in the room was a bit of wasted space. Despite requesting the sofa be made up for our kid, this was not done, but rectified quickly.

The hotel service staff, rooms, facilities were superb. Lot of privacy. Food was exceptional. Beach was phenomenal and really clean, had nice long walks every night. Grab and tuk tuks (15 thb per person anywhere on the strip) are easily available and about 120-150 baht for taxi

The pool water was just freezing. Even on a hot day, it was super cold. We used it for rejuvenation, but couldn't sit in there for too long. The distance from hua hin center and market is about 15/20 mins by cab/tuk tuk so be aware of this. The sea had jellyfish so getting into the water was tricky

Great room design with private pool which was very clean. Very big 2 person tub and huge shower. Water pressure very good, nice treats left for us with water and soda. Resort pool not huge but had a nice infinity design. Nice outdoor restaurant. Clean beach. The included breakfast was really nice with a lot of variety.

I would say the only negative aspects were some maintenance issues that may be scheduled to take care of in the low season. Many boards rotted and falling in when you step on the outside walkway towards the restaurant. Also some of our doors very very hard to slide open and the chain on the blond inside the bathroom was barely movable to raise the blind.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room and absolutely loved it! The room had direct access to a terrace – while the side views were limited, it was still a lovely spot to enjoy both mornings and evenings. The room came with centralized lighting controls, a full-sized wardrobe, and a smart layout that separates the bathroom from the lavatory. Lighting was perfect throughout – every corner was well-lit. Daily housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful, always restocking all the complimentary items including cookies, drinks, and treats in the fridge. Internet and TV worked flawlessly – no glitches at all. The bed was massive, super comfy, and easily big enough for 4 adults. There was also a single bed that doubles as a sofa with cozy pillows. The jacuzzi was impressively large and could comfortably fit 3 adults. We were welcomed warmly on our anniversary with a smooth check-in, welcome drinks, and a special room decoration which made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast buffet was incredible – absolutely delicious with tons of options for everyone, including vegetarians. It felt luxurious without being overpriced, which is rare for a 5-star property. A big shout-out to the amazing staff – every single person was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Khun Fern and Little for their exceptional hospitality. The beachfront location, infinity pool, and the peaceful vibe made it feel just like home. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

A very good experience at the Yana Villas. Good service, friendly staff with a good understanding of English. The resort overlooks the beach with easy access to the ocean and nearby entertainment, restaurants, bars within 5 mins walk. The restaurant for breakfast at least had a good selection of fresh, tastey food and drinks. The rooms were quite large with big ensuite bathroom and shower. Large comfy beds. Very clean, spacious and enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Yana Villas.

The laundry bill for one bag of clothes was super expensive (2,400 THB). But was prompt service and to good standard.

I would say it with huge comfort, this is the best place in all of Thailand!! -Super friendly staff, from the parking lot to the check out, the staff is always there for us! -clean, tidy, smooth room, the amenities they provide are a very nice touch. -location is AMAZING!!!! -it's quite and private also. definitely will come back here, this place made me feel home.

- private pool is so cold -I wish there are more varieties in food menu, also it will be fantastic if you increase food portions for the price, it's actually better and it will eliminate the need to order food from outside the establishment.

Breakfast was great, staff and service in the restaurant and at reception were excellent, could not be faulted. In particular little Yung and Tin (?) at the restaurant and all the very accommodating evening staff. Nooknik from housekeeping was just lovely too and did a great job. The staff truly are an asset to Yana Villas. Also the gentleman out the front who supervised guest arrivals on the forecourt, typically in the evenings. Every time we arrived, he greeted us with a perfect military salute and a cheery smile, which of course I returned to him. A very lovely fellow and a very cool way to greet guests.

Asked reception staff to book us a taxi several times and we learned the hard way that doing that turned out to be about 3x more expensive than using a direct booking app - we soon downloaded and used the Bolt app and it worked fine every time. To illustrate, a trip from Yana Villas to Market Village was around 300 THB (~AUD$15), but when booked through Bolt was around 100 THB (AUD$5). It would have been nice for the front desk staff to say 'OK, we are happy to book it for you but it will probably be cheaper for you if you book yourself using the Grab or Bolt app'. Yes, I should have researched more myself before asking them to make the booking. But apart from that, no other concerns and yes it is only a very minor issue.
