Hotels with a pool are a premium, plenty of beds around the pool and activities if you are interested. Rooms are a good size. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Not sure how the beds were, the pillows are horrible so never got comfy, probably managed around 3-4 hrs a night. Breakfast is good, evening meal not so.

Lovely hotel, lovely people but facilities for kids was missing..

Kids changing room and room for kids playing. Kettle in room missing as well especially for families with small kids like we was important. We took warm water from restaurant every day.

Location perfect. The pool was beautiful. DJ music great. Plenty of free parking. Great pool side bar. Friendly staff.

The bed could be upgraded. No towels provided for pool. No free Wi-Fi service, food could be better.

The facility and the location are just great. The staff was adorable. The rooms are very basic, yet a TV was on the wall and they were clean.

Food was just ok, it was just like a canteen. Beverages were on tap, so you could have as much as you wanted.

The hotel has a great swimming pool. The staff was very friendly. Diner was OK.

I do not recommend this hotel. And the reason is that it is definitely not 4*. Invest your money better. There is no drinking water in the whole hotel - you will find out only in the hotel bathroom. How are you supposed to deal with thirst later when they close the bar - no one knows. The hotel will not provide replacement water. All inclusive is useless to buy - it is from 10-22, after 22 hours you have to buy and pay for everything. Full board or just breakfast have the same rules as all inclusive, no one checks the tapes. Buffet food. Breakfast from 7:30-10am (same every day) lunch 12:30-2pm (weaker), dinner 7:30-9:30pm. For lunch and dinner you can go to a local pizzeria which is by the pool where they will make you a pizza or burger. For being in Sicily, the pizza is sub-par and bland, tough. There is loud music playing until late until about 11:45 pm. Juice only in the morning at breakfast, later from 10 at the pool bar. You are not allowed to carry drinks from the pizzeria to the pool (yet it is 10 steps apart). The bartenders in the paid cocktail section pretend they don't understand and make multiple drinks on purpose, and want you to pay for them all. They always start arguing in Italian and pretend they don't understand. Parking a disaster, I park here and others from the streets, the hotel does not have its own parking lot. Staff behind the bar don't understand and can't make cocktails, despite reading the instructions - unable to mix a drink. No pool towels, you have to bring your own in a 4* hotel. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. No animation programmes for children, none for adults and only "live music" in the evening, no programme anywhere. In the all inclusive from alcohol beer Peroni, limoncino, and soft drinks. Juices only at breakfast or in the afternoon at the pool bar, no more in the dining room. Coffee in the morning for breakfast is included in the all inclusive, in the afternoon it is already paid.

the rest. terrible super loud music in the pool bar until 00 making our kids crazy. beds are super uncomfortable, walls arr like paper (you hear the neighborhoods breathing!) and the food was terrible.
