Location is close to many restaurants, malls, and beaches.Rachana who seems to work at the front desk, cleaning room and breakfast was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The place was always understaffed. Sometimes the front desk was open with a personnel. Sometimes it is closed. When we left at 6 am the front office’s lights were off and closed. Then a fellow appeared, opened a tiny window for us to give him the keys. We thought we were at a gas station in a high-crime area.

Very conveniently located! It was about 20 minutes from Disneyland and about 15-20 minutes from Huntington Beach. The room was kept pleasantly clean. No musty odors or smells in the non-smoking room.

No big complaints other than the pool/ hot tub closing at 8:00pm. It just seemed too early in my opinion. 9:00pm would be a more appropriate time to lock the pool gate.

We were there on Friday and sat on sat night / morning there was a room that the male and female were fighting. Then two females showed up and started yelling as well. The motorcycle reved his engine several times keeping us up most of night. Although one of the staff went to help it was still very upsetting. Oops what I didn't like

What I did like was the clean comfortable bed.

Best Western in Westminster was a quiet location, rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was more than we expected! We were allocated a Disabled Accessible room with a large bed!

Only fault was it was raining and walkways to breakfast area, had trollies for housekeeping making it hard to keep our feet dry! Apart from that everything else was superb!

Breakfast was great, and the staff are all very friendly. The hotel's value is fantastic, thanks to its location, which many excellent restaurants surround.

The restroom toilets could be a little bigger, but everything else is perfect.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast in the mornings was great. Pool was nice after hot days.

Bathroom needs grout cleaned, caulking redone, some things need repairs. Rest of room was fine.

Staff was nice and cleaned rooms often, had breakfast available too.

My bed sheet had a stain when I arrived and the mini fridge did not work which kinda sucked, I had to get new room keys 3 days in a row because they stopped working after each day so that was kinda annoying but other than that it was great!

Loved our stay here. It was clean, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and use of the spa. Would love to give a special mention to Rachana and Yash for being so friendly and accommodating our every need. So appreciative would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Area was pretty quiet at night. 20 minutes from the beach.

The room key quit working a couple of times, and I had to go to the front desk to fix it. There were a lot of stray cats running around.

I didn't like that by the pool. There was nowhere to lounge and lay down to get a tan. You should at least have a couple of those.
