We had a room on the third floor where there is a outdoor heated balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast is more like a buffet in a fine restaurant instead of the normal hotel breakfast. This place is first class all the way.

There’s a $45:00 per night charge to park in their parking garage. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere when I booked the room

Breakfast was great. Facilities great. Hot tub great.

The shuttle bus was sometimes inconsistent. Some days the wait for a shuttle back to the hotel was 30 to 45 mins. There were times there was only 1 shuttle operating in peak periods. The shuttle drivers were great. Some suggestions - ski racks needed at front of property and also near the lifts on level 1 and PA level to avoid leaning skis against walls. The outdoor room on level 4 is beautiful but needs some sort of retractable blind / louvre to eliminate some of the highway noise.

We loved the layout of the spacious room with somewhat separate areas for living and sleeping. The large TV could be viewed from either side and created a bit of a room divider. The mattress was comfortable and the room was quiet. The full kitchen was great. I liked the area near the closet where you could open up a suitcase. The shower had wonderful pressure. Breakfast was delicious with hot and cold breakfast items, far superior to most. I particularly enjoyed the egg dishes. The large hot tub outside was a welcome amenity, although it was a bit noisy as it faced the highway. The front desk staff was welcoming and went out of their way to assist.

The outside communal areas were not as pleasant as they could be due to highway noise. Perhaps at night, when there is less traffic, they would be better. Good location, but you must drive or take the bus to get to the village. Not really walkable.

I loved everything !! You did a great job of all things . I like the water stations but we had NO WATER Bottles ? Did you give us bottles at check in ??? Were we supposed to ask ?? Is this something you should put on your website? I am a member of Marriott club but was not given certain amenities . Because I got the stay from a 3rd party. I was told at the time you were booked no availability!! And your cost was much higher than the 3rd party price .

Everything was really good. I only downrated parking because they had none available so we had to park a few miles away. But, honestly, between the hotel's shuttles nd the free Vail buses, we had no problems getting around, even without our car. Overall, the stay was highly satisfactory. The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices. The coffee was good.

Shuttle buses too busy on a morning / afternoon at peak times, needs two at peak times. Had to wait almost an hour on a number of occasions, other than this hotel is fantastic

Large lobby with lots of seating and a fireplace. Great breakfast with so many choices. Large quiet room with comfortable bed. Convenient shuttle to center of Vail. Very clean and new.

Right next to highway. You cannot hear it from the room, however it is loud at the hot tub and outdoor space. Only available parking is hotel garage at a relatively high price, not clearly disclosed when booking. Not in center of Vail, however the free shuttle brings you back and forth.

This is a new (2024) facility with very nice finishes. It was reasonably priced (for Vail). Breakfast was good - not exceptional - a good value to get ready for the day. The regular shuttle runs into Vail were very useful and helped compensate for the remote location.

The fold out bed was disappointing - a fold out spring platform instead of a higher quality memory foam bed. Be aware of extra $50 daily parking fee.

New hotel. Rooms are nice.

$150 fee for a dog for one night is ridiculous. Booking site said pet friendly and “may be a pet fee.” No specifics were given. I learned about the exorbitant fee only after receiving an email about checking in. At that point it was too late to cancel the reservation. Also the hot tub and the 4th floor overlook lounge are right by the highway so they are very loud.

Brand new, super clean and neat, different breakfast everyday!

Room service was a bit complicated. Refresh every other day and full clean every third day. We could not be sure when the room will be cleaned or not.
