great price for a late season getaway in Vail.
staff were condescending during checkin, speaking to me like a child who had never stayed in a hotel before. the shuttle bus broke down leaving us using the city bus to get to the slopes and into Vail. There was no apology, just “no bus isn’t coming, it has broken down, city bus leaves from the other side of the town, you’ll have to walk”. finally, staff were unpleasant in checkout not wanting to provide a receipt as we booked through booking. All hotels should provide final receipts on checkout as there are often additional resort charges etc.

Apartments have a great size, good spacious bedroom and large living room. Kitchen has all appliances that allow you to prep all sorts of meals. Free shuttle running every 20min to Lionshead make it super easy to get to the gondolas at the base of the mountain and return at the end of the day, super helpful to make your ski day stress free! It has all the basics you need for a ski trip that does not break the bank. Free parking is also great. Hot tub adds a nice touch at the end of the day.
If you are looking for luxury accommodation this is not the place for you, it is a down to earth convenient option at Vail West. Good to travel with friends or family. Staff could be friendlier (although you will only interact with them at check-in/check-out so not a big deal).

Location was great! Little traffic as it was at the end of a dead end road. Pool was good temperature. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen had all the appliances and kitchenware to eat in the room. There was no a/c, but there were extra fans and the overhead ceiling fans were helpful (we went in June). Windows opened and let in a nice breeze. I also found a humidifier in the bedroom which was so nice as the air was very dry. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for our pack and play. The fold out bed was comfortable. Appreciated seating at the island as well as the table. Ice machine in the freezer worked amazing! Great place for families. Park nearby. Had laundry facilities, but we didn't end up using them.
A few minimal things...one of the lights was out in the bathroom and it was already a little dimly lit. There was hair on the shower wall that didn't belong to us. And there was a pillow in the main room closet for the pullout bed that had a little blood stain on it. Couldn't get one of the tv's to work. We also got a call from the front office about a noise complaint at 9:30pm, right as we were coming home for the night & trying to get kids ready for bed. My kids were a little loud for about a five minute span while I was putting the baby down, but nothing too disturbing. Seemed a bit early to be calling about noise.

Very friendly staff and the free shuttle to Lionshead village was extremely convenient. It was great to have a full size kitchen so I could easily eat before heading to the mountain and when i got home. there was a bus stop pretty close to the hotel as well, about a half mile down the road. cannot reiterate how great the staff was.

This place was a home away from home. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with tools and utensils, which was convenient. This place is a 7 minute walk from the free bus (which comes every 20-30 minutes) which takes you into Vail Village (15 min ride there and a 23 minute ride back). In addition, if you want to walk to Vail Village, you can follow the Gore Creek Trail (amazing) and you will arrive in 45 minutes. Furthermore, there is no A/C but the unit had 4 fans (2 ceiling and 2 plug in) and you can open the window. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
This isn't a huge con. If you're vacationing in Vail, I'm assuming you're there for the outdoor activities. But, for the days it was pouring, it would have been nice to have some entertainment at the hotel. The tv's cannot connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime. They do have DVD's at the front desk and the room had 2 DVD players. But one DVD player was not displaying color. The other TV's audio was horrible. And there was only one channel on the TVs

Liked the code door … no key … loved king size bed … full kitchen
Maintained was a little bad , vents hanging off of building , need new kitchen towels ….Holes in ours .( second set ) .Need to spend money to buy FITTED sheets … not flat sheets that come out and loose every night you sleep in them . Need instructions on how to watch TV . Instructions were very vague .

An older, somewhat worn facility yet it was very clean and well maintained. Location was great to grab the free bus service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Benches to sit stream side and listen.
Silly to say, but the outside trash bin cover was very heavy and awkward to open. I know it’s that way to keep the Bears and other wild life out, but maybe a better positioning of the dumpster would make opening the lid easier.

To start, we thought it was just a regular hotel room but was more like a small apartment with a full living room and full kitchen. Loved it! We used the outdoor hot tub and saw that they have an indoor one as well. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Right next to a river which we took a nice walk by and took many nice pictures.
Only reason I didn't give it 10 stars is because it didn't offer a breakfast or even snacks. They only have coffee and a vending machine. Other than that, everything was great and will be coming back again.

Good spot for decent price for the busy season.
The guy who checked us in was miserable. Asked a simple question about the buses and he was very short and not helpful at all. Sauna doesn’t work.

it’s good hotel , with beautiful view.
when you check in after 6, check-in takes a very long time, by a special phone on the street, and the hotel representative who registers you has never been to the hotel and does not know where everything is located, so you must then look for your room yourself. and there’s no one to ask where everything is located and I could not use the sauna because of this. also due to the lack of hotel staff I didn’t feel safe. when I was booking this hotel, it was indicated that the free rooms in the hotel were running out, but in fact the hotel was half empty. no breakfast!
