Location and comfort

The service in the bar restaurant was poor, not enough staff.

Beautiful comfy rooms. Loved the chocolate croissants at the Chalet. Loved the Chalet. Staff were amazing but you must tip for service. Top notch experience we will definitely be back.

Room service food could have been better. Not skin and skin off which required more planning than our usual ski trips. Not much more to reflect on that wasn’t good.

The spa area/amenities were amazing. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Our Mountain View had a fire place in the room which we loved. The massages were incredible. The views of the mountain from the hotel room are stellar and the staff are extremely friendly. In person, concierge was extremely helpful and attentive.

Concierge was difficult to reach prior to our stay, however they acknowledged that and indefinitely made up for it during our stay.

A beautiful stay, the location of the property is great for both vail village and skiing. The ski chalet facilities included were a real highlight as was the outdoor area of the hotel with heated pool, jacuzzis and open fire. The service and attention to detail was amazing throughout our stay and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was great,location is perfect was a walking distance to vail village. The resort is super clean & modern. Room very spacious ,bed super comfortable but the pillows were super soft not to our liking probably that was the only negative. Staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to vail.

The staff and the service. Paige Letson (asst manager) went above and beyond to treat us well when an error was made in our reservation. She made sure we were well taken care of. We appreciated her communication and efforts to assure our satisfaction.

Restaurant and room services were top notch. The room was wonderful, the staff was very helpful, and it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also, the area and room were very quiet, so it made for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable.

It was a great hotel with excellent access to Vail Village -- literally walking distance. Staff and room was great and they were very accomodating.

It is expensive -- expect to pay almost double what you would at another resort. If you are looking to save money, this is probably not the property for you.
