The location is awesome, an easy walk to Vail Village and to the Ford Amphitheater/gardens. The property is well maintained with beautifully landscaped flowers and trees. The room size and kitchen accoutrements were great. The staff were very friendly.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable! I had a very bad night’s sleep both nights we were there; I’m a side sleeper and my hips ached. The pillow went flat as a pancake and was not supportive. Using two pillows was too bulky and didn’t work, either. We also did not like the coffee.

The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished with amazing views. The location is perfect for attending the performances at the amphitheater. The breakfast bar was great and also nice to have a restaurant on site. All the staff were very helpful and nice.

We stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. Had to request clean towels, new tash bags, our bed was never made

The location was great. Close to the lifts and waking distance to the town center. The breakfast was good, you have different options all of them freshly. The hot tub was super!!! We really enjoyed after a long ski day.

Excellent location, breakfast and amenities!!

The free bikes were pretty basic. Wish they had better options(even if at a low price). Do like they fact that they gave helmets. I will say even just seeing that they had complimentary bikes was a pleasant surprise

The location, the staff, the spacious rooms with full kitchen and a private barbecue, the pool and hot tub near the room, everything was on point

we love the location, close proximity to Vail Village, the Mountain View’s, the people are very friendly and the room was perfect

the lobby is nice but I was hoping for the wow factor which is missing. the fireplace and surrounding area could use a new look

Excellent location - a very short walk to the lift and they had a ski valet so we didn’t have to carry all our gear back and forth. Rentals were also conveniently located at the ski valet at the bottom of the lift. Breakfast is included each day in the main lodge. The shuttle service picked up right near the lift, but it was such a short walk into town that we never used it.

The apartments (we had a one bedroom with a Murphy bed and kitchen) appear to be individually owned and ours was a little dated. Everything worked, but for the price it wasn’t very luxurious.

Staff was friendly, incredibly convenient location within walking or short free shuttle ride from Vail Village. Our suite was wonderful. We would come back in a heartbeat!
