This was our 4th stay- we love the Tivoli! Love the rooms, robes, and fireplaces. Constant new improvements (i.e. small business center, ATM, Valet Stand, Merch, and regular ski room attendant) are being added to an already great place! Inviting lobby with fireplace.

No music for apres ski except 1 day per week. Also- the bar needs to be WAY better stocked with some finer choices like interesting scotches and bourbons. At least they should carry the locally made 10th Rye and traditional whiskey options which can be purchased in the Village! We usually go elsewhere for apres ski for better music and drink options- easy fix!

Rooms are cozy. Nice building. Great valet guy, nicest person on staff.

Parking, breakfast, etc. for extra charge. For the daily price of the room, parking could be included and / or breakfast. Bathroom, shower, bath tub not clean. Water temperature display in the shower was wrong. The cold is hot and hot is cold. There is no fan in the bathroom. I pre ordered food items to be in the room before checking in, and it did not happen until after our arrival. White wine was room temperature and should have been chilled hours before our check-in time. Staff at check-in not very friendly, very short with me, and i felt rushed during the checking process. For Vail, it was a very disappointing experience.

Staff was first rate. Very warm and welcoming. I've stayed in Vail many times but never at this property and was very happy with everything. Especially liked the extra mile they went with texts and messages asking if we needed anything or any help with anything.

Was told the property took dogs. I called, and messaged and they assured me they did and it was fine. I expected an extra charge but didn't realize how steep the charge was for only staying one night. Wish I would have been told the charge when we contacted the property as we may have not brought the dog.

This trip was a birthday trip to enjoy staying in Vail for the first time. We liked how close to the village the hotel was located. The room size was solid and came with a balcony and nice views outside the window. The ski valet worked out pretty well. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey($70 for two with 20%tip), but all the food options and flavors made it worthwhile The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. The main lobby had a cozy vibe and the hot tub got the job done too. An added bonus was the hotel provided robes and slippers for us to wear. We didn't experience any of the cold water issues in the shower that other reviews complained about.

It would've been nice if the car could've been held longer than 1pm on our final day on the mountain. The bathtub was somewhat slippery to stand in during a shower so be careful there. I'm unsure if it was due to the extreme cold or the weekend but it felt like the bathroom floor heaters didn't really engage..however this is a small issue considering the value of the hotel.

Beautiful, warm and cozy decor throughout the hotel and my room. Excellent service, courtesy and friendliness from the staff. Like a bunch of other people I needed a room for the night until the Pass reopened, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the spacious and comfortable room, Lavazza coffee maker, other thoughtful amenities, and view of the Winter Wonderland from my window in early May.

I couldn't figure out how to get back to the original road and weather channel that popped up when i first turned on the tv the night before. Maybe it was just me and I was frustrated from the long wait in traffic back up due to Vail Pass closure and I had little patience, but perhaps you could provide brief instructions for future guests to navigate to that channel for weather/road closure updates.

Wonderful staff, beautiful decor in a quaint area of Vail with Austrian architecture, ultra-comfy beds, soft sheets and towels, and very clean.

Our room was too warm and the thermostat didn't work. Fortunately we were able to open a window. The hallway was much, much hotter than our room. When I checked out and mentioned the warmth, the girl at the desk just agreed with me, told me she had worked at another hotel that had no a/c at all.

Great location. Easy valet in/out. They help with skis and offer overnight locker storage and boot warmers upon return from slopes. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water. My Tower room was spacious and cozy with great views of the mountains. Main lobby area is cozy with fireplace and bar.

They charge an “amenities” fee of $45 which includes their outdoor hot tub and gym (neither of which I would use) and WiFi. Valet is another $50 which is probably normal for Vail.

Hotel was in a great location. Just about "ski in ski out" if you know how to do it. Very comfortable and large lobby with a fireplace, bar, cozy couches. And they do a good job of a simple and straightforward Ski valet. It sits at the east edge of Vail village, and thus its 5 min to walk to just about any restaurant. Theres a decent fridge in the room, so you can keep drinks and breakfast, to save a bit of time and money.

Vail and all the accomodations are always expensive, and more so by the year. Hard to have dinner (other than pizza), for under 50$ a person.

We traveled from 12/12 to 12/17. We had Room 207. The room was perfect for my daughter, Husband, and me. We loved the space. The Hotel Overall was perfect. The Staff was super friendly and Nice. Racer was the highlight of our stay; my daughter loved to play with him and give him treats. She slept each night with the racer plush. We are planning to return every year.

Perfect location. Staff is incredibly welcoming and the amenities are great. Ski valet makes things simple. Rooms are very clean with a classic ski lodge feel. The only issue we had was that the phone in the room doesn't work so we had to walk down to the lobby to ask for help with luggage when we went to leave. First world problems for sure. We'll definitely be back.
