Great location in the middle of town. Bus stop is right across the street. The room was clean and quiet (it was July 4th but we could barely hear a peep from the street!) and the beds were comfortable. The staff person at the desk was friendly and efficient. And the price was amazing for Summit County on a holiday weekend.

There's no AC, which is generally fine in the mountains, but it still gets pretty warm in the summer. The window fan was bolted into place in the center of the window, behind the heavy curtains, but I just tucked the curtains up around the fan and the room cooled down pretty well.

Owners are very personable and attentive. A vintage property in the heart of Frisco that is well kept and provides fantastic value. Clean Unit and grounds, and while it's on the bus line it's a quiet location. Our family have been staying here for years as an alternative to staying at the resorts, while still being close to Breck, Keystone, Copper and Vail. Also Frisco is just a really cute town with tons to offer. Beds were clean and comfortable.

No air conditioning, which in the high country is really is NOT required because of how mild it is there, but a better fan setup to move air into the room would be ideal. Not a deal breaker though.

It was great. The location truly cannot be beat. The motel itself is not a luxury property, for sure, but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a small kitchenette with refrigerator - all that I needed. The "maid service" was excellent. Tub and shower worked well.

Nothing, really. It would have been nice to look out the window at the mountains, but since it's a motel the window looks out on the outdoor walkway by which people access their own rooms, so for privacy I wanted to keep the curtains drawn most of the time. But that's quite a minor objection.

Perfectly located on Main Street in Frisco. Summit Stage bus stop is right in front of the property. Free Buses to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge every hour and more frequently during peak hours. Sixteen year manager Paul does a great job every morning with a complimentary continental breakfast. Our room was immaculate. Housekeeping staff cleaned the room and brought in clean linens and towels every day of our nine day stay. It was a lot quieter than we anticipated. Paul is a great host.

Honestly there is nothing that comes to mind for either of us.

I stayed for 8 nights so having a kitchenette was important to me so I didnt have to eat out 3 times a day everyday. It had the basics needed to cook what I needed. The room was spacious. The cable has a lot of channels which was great when it rained. The cleaning lady kept the room so clean everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is good value for an expensive area. You can not beat the location from the free shuttle summit stage buses !!!! As well as being right on Main, in walking distance of everything in this awesome town. Continental breakfast has a bit more variety than most places.

One of the stove burners in my room did not work but to be fair.. I did not let them know. I am sure they would have done something about it. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours full convos.

Convenient location, walking distance to everywhere in town. Very friendly and capable manager. Easy check-in. Quiet and dark at night!

A bit expensive for basic accommodations, but the location was perfect and beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning was also very basic. It would be nice if for once a hotel breakfast room did NOT have a TV on.

Helpful staff...clean room. Adequate parking. Lots of other people there but room was quiet...great value and great location

Internet code was not correct ...we couldn't connect and it was late...didn't want to bother the staff. Were told the next day there should be and exclamation mark after the password. However password in our room did not have that mark so never got internet. Easy thing to correct and I am sure they will do so

Superb location for the money. Shuttle bus station to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain is twenty feet away. In the center of all action in Frisco, dining, bars, live music, etc.

Outdated rooms, the outside door was freeze shut every morning. Good thing we had a knife to cut the ice and only that way we could open the door. But I guess you get what you pay for. If we have paid five hundred for the night, this property would have received two star rating

Stayed for 6 days and it was the best decision ever. In the heart of Frisco town, everything is close by, easy to get food, equipment rentals, and souvenirs. Bonus points for breakfast saved our money. The property always kept the room warm and cleaned the room everyday. In front of the motel is the bus stop to Frisco station, Breckenridge, and even to Copper mountain. Always made hot chocolate at their reception area.

The room was clean and everything worked, the bed was super comfy, the staff were super nice and make good coffee, and you can't beat the location. Many thanks to the lady at the front desk who let me store my luggage for a few hours after checkout!

I can't think of anything to criticize. The facility is a little dated, but not in a bad way; it has the nostalgic feel of a 1990s time capsule.
