Everything seemed clean except the shower curtain. This isn’t a big deal and it wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The lodge smelled good and was very clean otherwise. The location was great. Ski rental was right across the street as well as bus stop.

There was not any information about the location, restaurant, etc…. Again this was not a big deal but it would have been nice to have. The shower curtain was stained and looked nasty. A replaceable shower curtain would be a great idea. But I would still book again. Everything else was clean.

The unit was very nice, cozy & clean. The lodge was nice also. Cooper Mtn a nice central place to stay. We would return for this unit & lodge if parking & pool dilemmas are solved in future. It was a good value.

The unit key is in a different place than where the lodge/unit is; better description/directions could be given for this. Also, the unit was to have a QR code for parking on the unit refrigerator - no QR code. Parking was suppose to be available underground in the lodge. We made several contacts to try & get a QR code, & no one got back with us the entire time we were there which was for several days. Free parking was not convenient or close to the lodge. Other parking was private & signs posted that towing could occur if one parked unauthorized. Customer service should have answered & solved our problem. During a busy season in Copper, this would have posed a huge problem. Also, the pool & hot tub were not working during our stay which was disappointing.

Some of the directions were confusing, like having to use their app to register our vehicle for being in the parking garage. The app didn't work. We called the help line. Turned out since it was summer, none of the registration details that are used in the high season were necessary. We were worried that our car would be towed if we didn't do what the signs said in the condo. But we were assured all was well and the security person wasn't concerned that we didn't get all the details logged in via the app. Sure would be good if that was clearly communicated so one didn't need to go through the sweating it out.

pool was under construction and jackhammer was used across the street. we had a good stay anyway.

Everything was great, except that the hot tub was out of order.

The hot tub was out of service, and it would have been nice to know prior to booking.

Great location, convenient full kitchen, patio

Location was an easy walk to ski lift. Appreciated the underground parking.

Picking up key a different location with poor parking was a bummer. Host forgot to issue ski locker key. Had make a 3 mile walk to pickup key. There was no info about the condo or area (food, stores, tv channels, etc). No check out instructions.

Very convenient to the super bee lift.

Dishwasher was clogged and full of dirty water a check in. Teflon skillets are all damaged, scratched and in need of replacement. Utensils were not Teflon safe which is a likely contributing factor to the unsafe skillets. Hot tub jets did not work. Parking registration did not work at check in. Key pick up needs more details such as where to park. Several pieces of furniture in the unit were odd such as a chest with missing drawers.
