The apartment is very nice, spacious and scenic. The kitchen is very well equipped, the place has two bathrooms, the parking is accessible and convenient, the public transportation is nearby.

We recommend upgrading the very old TV. The bedroom does not have much natural light. The women’s steam room and sauna never worked during the whole stay. There was very poor communication within the staff (they were clueless about these issues, and did nothing to repair them). The staff didn’t add any value to the accommodation whatsoever. We never had the trash picked up nor the room cleaned (it should have been on 12/27, but no one came in). As per the unit, it could be cheaper because the club services were not provided as described.

Our unit was spotless, the decor was new and fresh, fairly good views from the front deck or the back deck. Lots of amenities at the place which unfortunately we didn't have enough time to take advantage of. But everything that we saw was beautifully clean. Free parking was a huge bonus.

It was a really nice place, a little bit away from Vail village, about 4 MI, but the reasonable price reflects the location.

It was a trip in our bucket list for last 10 years "skiing in Colorado". Luckily we found this place over Booking.com, which had best value for money close to Vail resort in skiing season. Fully equipped kitchen etc. cozy living room, 2 balconies etc., everything was there. Free sufficiently frequent bus connection to Vail resort center. Bus stop just in 3 minute walk distance from condominium. Heated outside pool and hot tubes (28 Celsius) at quests disposal. Onsite restaurant. Very good wifi connection, no problem to work over VPN. Very friendly staff - thumbs up!

Soundproofing of floor/ceiling, but nothing major.

It is a great option for those that want to ski. It has an excellent cost/benefit relation since the resort has 3 hot tubes, Yoga class, pool, excellent gym besides being very close to Vail downtown. There is a free bus that passes every 15 minutes to go to the ski base. Rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to prepare dinner/breakfast in the apartment. The kitchen is full equiped and gastronomy in Vail is expensive and not good. The last but not least is the reception. They are very attencious. I totally recommend staying in Vail Racquet Club.

Very nice setting and the room was fab

The man at the desk when I checked out was very rude and even hateful when I went in to tell them someone had tried to break into my car overnight and I wanted to show him what they did to try and break in so they would know if someone else had the same thing happen to see if it was a continuing problem or just a one time experience. My only intention was to inform him nothing else, due to his rudeness I said I wouldn’t be back and he told me Good! So unprofessional, what was a good stay even with the attempted break in was ruined by his complete lack of compassion and wouldn’t even consider looking at the car, he was to busy chatting with the staff girl and a man in the lobby to get bother with it.

the apartment is great. has a lot of light, spaces are convenient, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the room is lovely.

A. there is no elevator, we needed to carry our luggage 3 floors. B. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. The representative at the front desk gave us the wrong room, so we carried everything up to realize that it was the wrong room (accommodating fewer people), we carried everything back to the car, drove back to him, and met him outside the building. Once we complained, he became unfriendly and locked us outside the building as he was not very friendly. We were forced to bypass the entrance to enter to receive from him the correct room keys. that was really unpleasant, late, and chilly, weather, with the whole family in the car waiting.

We loved the facilities, the location (Bighorn Park was just some feet away from the property and the kids enjoyed the playground a lot, also the Vail shuttle stop is right in front of the property so you can explore Vail with no issue), kitchen very well equipped and overall the apartment was great.

Nothing. Wish we had stayed longer!

I stayed here to Ski at Vail, so having the bus stop onsight was nice. The unit had a fireplace which was so cozy for Apres Ski.

Vail is just sooo expensive and this accommodation is no exception. I guess it's par for the course in Vail but I've stayed in similar lodging for much less money in other ski areas.

I enjoyed all the amenities: pool, hot tube, free parking, lobby with fireplace, little restaurant and how easy this was to check in and check out. The apartment was complete, nice, and clean. The Vail free shuttle is also handy, it can get crowded sometimes, but it is manageable since Raquet Club is one of the first/last stop meaning you will always be seated. I would return to this place in the future, it was a really good experience.

In the beginning of my experience with these folks it was not positive since they poorly advertised the conditions of payment. The living room had a strange smell, which leads me to believe it was related to kitchen grease, although this was a minimal detail that did not stop us from having fun and a nice place to stay.

Good location, amenities, quietness.

Models of kitchen stove/ovens are all different, people are not supposed to know how they work… There was no oven manual in condo and we struggled to figure out how to make it work. Our try-n-see method and YouTube helped (🙄) and next morning the admin brought us a printed instructions from online.
