The most important for me: really clean! And very spacious, comfy and cozy, I loved it, loved the fact that it has two bathrooms. The shuttle to the slopes is very convenient, and the facilities are amazing. Looking forward for the next snow season to be back. In our last day, we made the checkout but they let us to leave our car there and, in the and of the day, we showered in the facilities bathroom, so perfect! We totally could enjoy our very last day.

Bluegreen's Streamside Vail was a fabulous home base for us while visiting Vail. We came up for a concert at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater and ended up doing so much more! We hiked and also kayaked during our three-day stay.

The only thing which could have been better, but isn't the fault of the facility is that there is no elevator in the Cedar building where we were staying. After hiking and kayaking, those stairs up to our room felt like climbing a mountain! However, we got our exercise!

Room is big and comfortable

No elevator, had to drag my luggages all the way up. No AC in the room and internet and TV are not working when we arrived until next day. Staff can’t communicate well. We dont understand what he said, not friendly at all. He cant give clear instruction. Need to find better receptionist, more pleasant and friendly and able to communicate better.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Courteous staff, great location, and well equipped kitchen. Hotel shuttle running every 30 min to/from Vail & Lionshead made the stay much more convenient. We stayed on the top corner floor (Aspen building) right adjacent to the creek, which is likely their best family suite. Would definitely recommend that place despite some drawbacks.

Disappointing Housekeeping - we found previous resident's leftover food underneath a sofa while collecting up our toddler's toys. We've reported this issue to the front desk, but nobody seemed to bother with apologies. Building and the apartment unit itself appears rather dated, which was the main reason behind rather attractive pricing. They did mention renovation & furniture updates, which I'm sure will translate into higher costs in near future. Overall, it was a great stay. One more point though - even though the furniture is dated (and should be updated), it does appear to be of a good quality.

The location was so close to the vail ski resort, and the free shuttle running every 30min made our trip so convenient. The heated swimming pool and hot tub was very nice, not to mention the sauna. Staff checked on us everyday, which was very nice. The family loft we stayed at was very spacious, with 3 full bathrooms and plenty of space.

The saff went above and beyond to assist us. I was there for a spine surgery and I have never been treated with such kindness and compassion. Virginia at the front desk was phenomenal. Our space was spotless and very comfortable. I will stay here every chance I get, and recommend it to everyone I know.

Location was perfect for visiting family nearby. Room was very nice - kitchen appliances top shelf.

The Cedar building we were in is multistory with no elevator. We knew this ahead of time, so no surprise but still a drawback for us senior citizens.

Very comfortable and convenient. Shuttle service was super easy for getting to the Lionshead area and back for skiing. Accommodation was well stocked. Staff were incredibly friendly. I wish I had more chance to use the clubhouse facilities but was pretty beat after long days of skiing.

The only negative, which is not the property’s fault, was the person staying above me was a super heavy walker. Every footstep shook the ceiling.

The stream side location is very peaceful and beautiful! The property was nice and the shuttle service was convenient. The game room and gym were nice features as well. The staff were wonderful and very helpful; every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful.

The property pool was closed; but they provided access to another amazing pool! Unexpected and a very nice option.

I wasn’t aware there was a breakfast, I’m sorry we missed it

The only thing I noticed was the bathroom fan did not work and I would have preferred a ground floor as I had requested in my booking, but everything else was fabulous
