The location was perfect for our stay. We were less than a 5 minute drive to Lionshead gondola. The rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We were very impressed with the ski rental (inside the hotel) which made for easy access and returns. They also offered a discount to hotel guests. The bar was also very nice and kid friendly. The bar restaurant and Indian restaurant both close at 9 pm which is something to think about if you arrive late. The hotel has parking both outside and a garage option. Breakfast is free - pasties and coffee plus around 4 pm they brought out warm cookies.

We didn’t find the hotel check-in staff terribly friendly but the staff in the ski rental and bar made up for this by having excellent hospitality skills. I think the restaurant should be open later than 9 pm and at least mention this on the website.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Evergreen Lodge while she payed in a hockey tournament in Vail. Our visit from start to finish was excellent. Check in was a breeze and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We opted for breakfast off-site, but the complementary coffee was delicious and a nice touch. The afternoon cookies were a fan favorite- yum! The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel was excellent and the restaurant was able to serve the entire team and parents effortlessly, with top notch, quick and professional service. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

First and foremost, this is the best priced hotel in Vail village and parking is included which is unheard of. Staff is friendly and the rooms are large. The beds are comfortable. Generally very clean despite its aging facade.

The property needs some capex and the rooms need a facelift. The furniture is from the 90s with worn chairs and desks and dressers that are long past their useful life. Not enough plug outlets.

Condo was great. Only comment is that screen on the slider door would be good for summer as I love the mountain air, but some moths were getting in. Hotel rooms were nice - only comment is that w/no AC, the windows need to be operational. One person in my party got pretty hot one night and we noticed window cannot be opened. Loved the ample, easy parking outside...big plus!

Covered most above - I think a couple hot breakfast options would be an improvement.

Evergreen had free lite breakfast food. Relatively close to the bus stop. Hotel was quiet and had a decent indoor hot tub. Free parking.

We understood we had non-cancellable reservations, but due to I-70 road closure due to snow storm we could not get there for 2 of our 4 nights. It would have been nice of them to comp one of the nights since the situation was outside of our control. There were most likely folks stuck there that could not get out so they could have potentially double dipped on the room.

Good location, clean, spacious rooms, plenty of parking, helpful staff, complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby at breakfast time, curtains that fully cover the windows, comfy pillows

Rooms and bathrooms need more lighting; there is no A/C (though they do provide a fan); mattresses were not very comfortable, but not too bad either

We loved that there was coffee and doughnuts available when we got up in the morning. We are early risers and want coffee immediately.

The guest rooms could use updating. My only real complaint was the carpet in our room. It is extremely old and feels horrible on your feet. You don't want to walk barefoot in the room.

Location was just perfect for skiing and walking around town at night. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. The hotel was easy to find and parking was on property.

The shower temperature control was rather confusing. We figured it out with the instructions. I'm honestly confused as to how those survived updated and remodels.

The location is great being walkable to the bus and Vail Village. It’s clean and basic.

The resort fee added on to the room charge is ridiculous!! The room is not cheap to begin with and then more is added on! And it’s NOT a resort. Not even close!

Only halfway reasonably priced place to stay in Vail. The rooms are just fine and the hot tub / sauna are good. It's *almost* in the village - the shuttle can pick you up behind the hospital next door.

Nothing other than an overly sugary pastry for breakfast. The bar downstairs wasn't enticing and the restaurant closed every time I tried to go.
