The rooms are well appointed and of good size. The resort is impeccable, clean and tidy - great design features! The SpA is second to none! SpA staff is ***** both the girls at the desks and the therapists. Fantastic treatments and superb facilities. The Bar at the entrance is also really cozy and we greatly enjoyed the music of a very talented piano player.

The only are which has margin for improvement is the restaurant. It would be unfair to say it's bad, but it is not up to par with the rest of the resort. The food is average, the first courses (except for the risotto) need some love... The service was slow and chaotic at best (it seemed understaffed with what appeared to be full occupancy).

The included spa was a fantastic addition to the stay—great variety and an exceptional experience overall.

The service had its highlights but fell short in key areas. For instance, my bathroom door was broken and not sliding properly. It took two hours for someone to check it, and though they promised to fix it the next day while we were at the spa, either it wasn’t fixed or the issue remained unchanged. While the cleaning staff was outstanding, the overall experience, including the restaurant, was just average.

This is state-of-the-art hotel! Facilities are modern and very clean, Perfect swimming pools and saunas Our junior suit was large and commutable with view to the valley.

The service in the breakfast is poor and must improve. The service team are young and not experience and there is no supervisor in place. - Our eggs burned and got bad taste! - we ask a hot coffee with no foam and got cold coffee with foam. - we just go to collect few items from the bouffe and the remaining of our breakfast collected. - and more.... at dinner in both restaurants the food was served not hot. Some of the reception team are not friendly and not helpful.

LeFay is a beautiful property, and I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was impressive, the staff was extremely friendly, and I loved the amenities such as the heated pool, massage, bar/lounge, and both restaurants on the property. The location cannot be beat. Pinzolo is a beautiful city and I was able to attend the Easter Sunday mass at a historic church in the middle of town. Just across the river is Carisolo, another scenic village with a stunning church and some great restaurants. My favorite was Ristorante Pizzeria All Antica Segheria. Finally, my friend and I followed the hotel staff’s recommendation for some local hiking. Just behind the hotel is a small paved road which climbs into the mountains and takes you past some local farms. The view was fantastic and all of the local people were very friendly. Our April weather was pleasant but we also imagined what it would be like to visit in summer or even in the middle of winter to see the snow. I hope to return to this property very soon!

The property is located in one of the most beautiful mountains of north Italy in Pinzolo. The views from every window and corner of the hotel is spectacular. The hotel is extremely well maintained with perfect gardens and everything in tip top order. The experience with everything you do is really five stars.

The only thing you can say that the hotel is sometimes very full and hectic at dinner time. They also don’t have so many options on the menu but you can still find something good. I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable but I probably could have asked for different ones but didn’t do so as I only stayed one night.

Everything from the moment we arrived was amazing. The valet service was outstanding. They helped us with our bags and took good care of the car. The reception staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The lobby is just stunning. We got seated at the bar and had a welcome drink before heading to our room, which was breathtaking. The room was super spacious and well decorated, and the view was simply magical. The bed was super comfy and I loved that the room was turned down for the night time. We were greeted with a bottle of fizz and chocolates in our room as we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely treat and very thoughtful. The spa and pool area is the best I've experienced. It really was special. The salt cave is at an extra cost but worth it if you get a chance. The Michelin stared restaurant was lovely, the food was divine and well worth visiting.

The breakfast, room service and restaurant food was just ok. I would have expected better for a 5* hotel.

Amazing facilities and very good SPA and breakfast. For the SPA, there are a lot of different pools and saunas, relaxation areas and even some snacks. For the breakfast, very good selection of food and you can press your own juice as well (which I haven't seen anywhere before). Hotel has a ski shop downstair which offer a good selection of free staff such backpacks and bicycles for sport activities such as hiking, which was very nice.

Staff was attentive but very very slow most of the time, took ages to make something done, e.g to bring the car from the garage or get the luggage downstairs. Food preparation took ages in the lobby bar, and some orders were forgotten about at all. The first and second level of SPA is not connected and you have to go through the main area to move from one to another, which is not very convenient and can't be done without a room key card, not super convenient.

We've been there 4 times and we consider Lefay Dolomiti a gold standard in hospitality. Everything is perfectly organized, there's never anything about them that we can complain about. They always help us and accommodate our requests, the people are nice and welcoming, always helpful. The Spa is high quality and they have those amazing thermal pools - those alone are worth the stay. The rooms are very large and clean, some of the best beds we've slept in. The main restaurant is very large and provides amazing views over the nearby mountains, you can always find a table there for breakfast or dinner (at least in October). The breakfast buffet is one of the largest and highest quality we've seen. We'll be back.

The staff were lovely, as were the (huge!) range of facilities. The pool felt uncrowded and there were ample places to make yourself comfortable; I also booked a couple of treatments which were easy to arrange and very enjoyable. The evening meals were excellent, as were the breakfasts. Finally, Bedroom design was perfect - loads of room for luggage and a nice big bath as well as a shower. Housekeeping were great too. As for the immediate vicinity - a trip in the nearby cable car was really helpful in getting some perspective on our location & utterly joyful.

We didn’t realise we’d booked a bedroom which didn’t have a view (although we had a patio with seating). The lunchtime salads were really big but heavy on the leaves and very light on the dressing.
