We arrived late, moving from NC to TX, and the clerk made it easy to check in. She also said she walks around the outside every hour at night to make sure everything is secure, which made me feel a little better about leaving my truck and trailer parked pretty far. Rooms are spacious and our dogs had plenty of room on the floor next to our beds.

The parking lot isn't made for parking big vehicles or trailers. It was hard to maneuver around and to find a place where we wouldn't be in the way. I was hoping to be closer to where we parked, but ended up on the opposite side of the building.

Good helpful hosts, comfortable beds you get a living area, small kitchen corner very convenient do whatever you want do cooking or dine out .

People need to be aware that there is no cutlery or dishes, etc, bring your own, or you will have to get them from reception and buy food in or lots of eateries in walking distance for breakfast through to dinner. Couldn't turn off the air con tried but failed.

We had the 2 bedroom suite which worked perfectly for our group of friends.

We were told we could have an early check-in, however when we got there the gentleman working at the desk said we couldn't check in until after 3:00pm. Unfortunately, he seemed to be having a bad day and was a little rude & short. However, the young lady who was working the desk when we checked in was lovely.

I really enjoyed my stay here while I was visiting my fiancée and really appreciated the staff who were very kind, the room was very clean

The tub did have a weird stain and the room did have a slight odor to it.

The room was huge. The size of the room was great for the price. They did have free breakfast. It was very quiet. The pool looked amazing, although it was too cold to get in this time of year.

The furniture in the room was old. The bed was fine, but the couch and chairs were hold. The curtains had little pinholes in them, although that didn't affect our stay. The floors in the hallways could have been cleaned a little better, but I think it's just because they are old, not necessarily because they haven't been cleaned.

Had the king suite, it was nice to have bedroom separate,

There was not a coffee maker in the room. They had coffee in the lobby. We’re not going to get dress to go in the lobby for coffee Also there were no disposable cups in the bathroom for rinsing & to gargle, take meds….

Room was so roomy! Staff was incredible. Would consider this hotel for a return visit.

The water took about 10 minutes to get warm in the shower, but worked well once it was hot. Room was a bit dirty, but passable. Carpets would benefit from being cleaned.

The hotel has a great, warm vibe, like you're walking into a cottage in the mountains. I stayed in a suite with friends, and we had plenty of space. Rooms and hotel were very clean too.

Good location, quiet, clean. Love that I can bring my furbabies. I’ll be back in April!

The hallways had a musty food smell and the rooms need some renovations but not enough that I would continue to stay.

The location and the comfort

The price from booking.com. I got the same room the next day on Expedia and it was a lot cheaper. Booking.com has too many hidden fees. I will book through Expedia from now on.
