The room was neat and tidy. Everything looked like on the provided pictures. Apartment was well cleaned upon arrival. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and there is no excess noise even when the window is open. Kitchen has all necessary accessories to cook daily meals (with an exception of no water kettle to boil the water - we had to use smal cooking pot instead). There are also useful information about local events (especially those which happens at La Defense Arena) - therefore concert/event ticket holders have all info available at the hotel (which was very important for me during my stay in Paris). Arena is just 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. Also metro/RER stop to the Paris itself (stop: La Defense) is not that far and gives perfect connection with the center of Paris (and Disneyland - there is direct RER from La Defense station). Hotel is a perfect solution if you look for the stay with the decent cost in the Paris surroundings. Hotel have garage parking available. I will definitely take this hotel into consideration for the future Paris trip.

Good location, close to La Defence metro station.

The apartment itself was clean, but the balcony was clearly not cleaned in a while... a long while. The toilet is separate from the shower/sink bathroom. Quite a modern set-up, unfortunately, inside the toilet room, there is even less space than in an aircraft toilet. Really narrow in there... This hotel has 12 floors, probably 10-15 apartments on each floor and only 1 (small) elevator was working. Lots of waiting time for it. Would I go back there again? Probably not.

Didn't have time for breakfast. Location was great. The apartment was well appointed. Great to have an iron and board in the room so I didn't have to go track one down - I was on a very tight schedule so those things matter. Same for the free WiFi - great that it just worked and I didn't waste any time trouble shooting

Strong smell of paint in the apartment. Would be nice to have 2 free of charge coffee capsules next to the coffee machine.

Excellent location for attending an event at the defence arena. However, it was also a great location for travelling into Paris around 10 minutes on the Metro to get to the Arc de Triomphe, with a 10 min walk to the Metro. Fairly residential neighbourhood, so was very quiet, lovely family park outside. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It felt a very safe place to stay.

The apartment was comfortable and has everything we needed for a stay. The interior could do with a little update, some stains on living room carpet and curtains.

The apartment is spacious with a big balcony and home appliances: coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The location is very near (7 minutes) to La Défense station where you can take the RER, metro or trains. Also Monoprix and Starbucks are very close.

The appartement doesn’t have an AC, just two big fans which is not acceptable with high temperature days.

Quiet location and spacious rooms for the family. Good breakfast and great staff

It’s not exactly in Paris. Too far. Train station is also a 10 min walk which becomes difficult with bags and kids.

I liked the people at the entrance desk. The rooms were very nice. They were well equipped.

There was no air conditioning at all. I had to ask in order to get a fan.

Very conveniently located close to train, tube, bus stations which have excellent connection to Paris, Versailles, etc. 7-10min walk from the flat. Parking - although it wasn't possible to reserve in advance, we got a parking place on arrival - super convenient. Shopping/ groceries - a big groceries store is 1min walk across the road from the flat. Shopping centre with hundreds of shops is 7-10 min walk.

Loo/ toilet - had a very unpleasant wee smell. Not sure why though as we kept flushing the loo, sprayed with all sorts of air fresheners but it constantly had a bad smell. Bathroom - the sink was blocked. Very slow drainage. Balcony - a great facility but not utilised at all. Completely empty which is a shame. They should put some chairs, coffee table so that people can use this great outdoor space. Kitchen - desperate shortage of utensils. The flat had 5 glasses, 2 cereal bowls, a few cups. Basically, it wasn't even enough for 3 people. No denying rack for the dishes which you must wash frequently if you want to get a clean glass or cup. No kettle, no proper coffee machine (only filter coffee)

The service was great, both the staff and the hotel itself. The location is safe and close to a big station.

The elevator didn’t work for a day.

Convenient to walk to La Defense Arena and close enough to take Metro into Paris sights.

A little hard to shower because glass divider from sink is not very wide, so some water sprayed onto floor.
