Had two kinds of sandwiches, chips and drinks for dinner. Was not aware its a Halaal hotel, thus no Singleton in sight. Luckily I travel prepared fir such scenarios.

They need some noise abatement to block passage noises infiltrating into rooms. The need to alter their door locks, so that you can double lock the room from inside and not depend on the key only. Maybe carpeting the passage and stairwell could reduce footsteps noise.

Rooms are clean as well as the surrounding.It is easier to get to the hotel without any hindrances.

The receptionist were little bit rude, treating me like I know the place and some other forms of logistics.Towels where not placed in the bathroom and nothing was explained about it.Water was running down the first floor where my room was and it became dangerous to patrons.The cleaners making noise when cleaning the rooms whilst one still had three hours before leaving the room.

It’s located in an easy to find area. And the staff is friendly.

There was too much noise in the early hours of the morning from the guests next to my room. And we were not told that there is a microwave which is available for guests during our check in, I only discovered this in the morning when I was checking out. The Floor in my room looked a bit dirty, there was dust

The property was clean and the noice level was low. The rooms were well lit and spacious. The staff members are friendly and willing to assist. I had to check in late and check out early and they were very helpful.

They do not have instruction manual so I had to call to ask when I wanted something.

•That rooms are not cleaned everyday, only after you check out. • Room telephone not working, i could not call the reception. •not having enough iron, a housekeeper came to fetch an iron in my room and I had to use it in a rush because she was not pleased when i said she must come after 10 minutes.

I loved everything about the place it exceeded my expectations for the price that I have paid I did not expect so much comfort.

The comfort of the room.the space around the room and the breeze from standing on the balcony.it was too nice unfortunately it was only for a day but will definitely go back again when I get the opportunity. Thanx for the lovely and memorable stay!awesome stuff too even the security at the gate are very good people making your stay nice and easy thanks to Oasis stuff.

The reception processing system is one of the best. Rooms are very clean.

No breakfast was included. Next time on bookings, let's be given an opportunity to be asked to include or not to include because it is frustrating if you expect it and is not there.

Woow ,this place was beyond my expectations,keep it up guys.

Please make sure that there is a speed point by the restaurant when we order food,we cannot be walking back to the reception to pay for our food. As for the food I give you guys ten out ten

Everything was good except that they said they have jacuzzi only to find out that it is not working and we were not informed on arrival. Basin need a proper drain lid there is a smell coming through that hole

Quiet n friendly staff security personnel by the main gate was friendly and helpful

My room ddnt have brush for the toilet n dstv remove wasn't available even after iv requested. So it wasn't honored but either than that m sorted
