The room was stunning spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a gorgeous view that made my stay feel luxurious. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. From breakfast to dinner, every dish exceeded my expectations, and the dining staff were attentive and friendly

I was disappointed with the condition of the bed. While the linens were fresh and inviting, the mattress felt uneven and uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. A comfortable bed is such a crucial aspect of a hotel stay, and I hope this can be improved for future guests. many flies in the area

I felt like the staff went above and beyond here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really had a great time here and felt that every need I had could be met. It wasn't overly busy and I felt relaxed. I enjoyed the pool and gym area, both very well kept and clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was pretty large! Temperature in the rooms were perfect, and well-controlled with the aircon. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast.

The WiFi connection was terrible, although I didn't mind that much as I preferred to enjoy the time there. I joined one of the safari rides in the morning, which was overbooked and crowded so it wasn't super comfortable. The bathroom was a bit pokey and not well designed with doors banging into each other and the shower door not closing properly.

Rooms where big , clean , the landscaping is amazing . Loved the trampoline and goose. Loved the coffee and swimming area . Loved the guy who took us to our rooms

Buffet first night when we arrived was almost finished . Second night at Buffet we felt the meat varieties were not that much ( chicken ,pork belly and , beef stew) . We did not like the experience of waiting for almost 40 minutes after our swim at around 3pm on Saturday when the cleaners were cleaning our room. We had left our room at 10am giviing them enough time to clean. There was no urgency from the cleaners as we waited while they cleaned , with 1 cleaning and the other 2 seated on the pouch talking

The staff were amazingly friendly and die venue is beautiful. I liked the layout of the rooms - the are like individual villas rather than a traditional 5-floor hotel. And the housekeeping staff were very efficient yet thorough. The hotel also has two on-site restaurants and a gorgeous bar area. And the reception is very helpful and informed.

The breakfast buffet over weekends is exceptional, but during the week it becomes mediocre. No more croissants, muffins and smoked salmon. And the cheaper of the two restaurants is still pretty expensive.

The location, the room was amazing

Well lot of activities have additional costs which I was not aware of, at first when I booked there were activities which I knew had additional cost but the ones which I liked and saw didn't have additionals, but it turns out they were, I didn't really like that, the app should update the property's details first because we can't book for a property expecting certain things only to find out they're not true

Breakfast was great 👍. The place is quiet and cool.

1. Unfortunately there was no airfreshner in the bathroom and I had to request it from the cleaners. It was embarrassing. 2. I didn't understand the cleaners rooster. The cleaner will come at 9am or 10am and I gave them space to do their work. After an hour or more I will return to the room but you find the room not ready and the cleaner won't be there. At one time I came back to find some dirty cups in the wash hands basin right in the bathroom 🚻. I went out again and spent another hour but I find for the second time the room was still in a sorry state. The cleaner finally came back after 3 hours. She has to finish cleaning the room whilst I was in there. It was embarrassing and I think there is need to improve in that area.

We had a great stay. There was clean and the staff was smiling and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a lovely dinner at the buffet restaurant. We stayed in a golf charlot. it had a perfect view and we enjoyed to sit at the terrance and look at Impalas ect. Our cleaning lady was a joy. And Joel in the pool bar/restaurant was alwas on hes toes top help us. We would love a second stay there..

Wow🙌👏 the restaurant stuff (Tebogo, Thabo, and Ronald) was friendly and gave us exceptional service. We had some unexpected incident where my partner caught flu and had sudden fever and Ronald helped us very well and prepared a mixture of lemon, cinnamon, and ginger for my partner to drink. I was really impressed with how he helped us, and for his kind gesture, we're definitely coming back next year. The reception stuff were nice and friendly. They attended us immediately when we arrived and made us feel at home. Game drive tour was really fun and educative. Shumba was out driver on the day (12 Dec 2023), and he was really nice and made us enjoy the game drive tour. He was exceptional and explained everything in details and made sure we are enjoying. He's really funny. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, the stuff was amazing, and the food was so delicious. Everything was worth the price and I highly recommend a night or 2 nights at The Ranch Resort to anyone who wants to enjoy and get fresh air...

The facility is in perfect area, easy to get to The staff is friendly and always willing to help It was peak season but there was order The room was clean and big Everything was working as it should Parking was exceptional Both cold and heated was amazing The gym was good Animal farm was just ok Food was expensive but we could afford when we compare with the offers from the Club House.

My husband and I stay in the Bushveld and whenever we travel to Polokwane, we always try to stay over at the Ranch. Because we stay on a farm and love the bushveld so much it always feels like we are at home far away from home. We love the breakfast, there is always a variety to choose from, and they make the best coffee ever!! The Chef in the Restaurant, met our dietary requirements. Thanx Chef!!!!!!!!
