The swimming pool

The security at the gate don't check when you go in or out. They just open the gate which makes it easier for criminals to come take cars and drive out without producing anything or explaining where they from. Number 2 cleaners must vacuum carpet atleast 3 times per week because in my room I had grapes sticks and seeds that time I didn't eat grapes and it was there since I arrived until check out day. Other than that security and cleaners problem the hotel is perfect and I will be sleeping there again when I visit Polokwane again

It was clean, it is just what was needed and the food was great. The staff were great as well.

The staff need to tell us in advance that when opening the room door, we should not have car remotes or cellphone near the key card or else the door may not open. Our door did not open the first time and I had to run back to reception to ask then to check the key card again after which I was told the above. Maybe upgrade the TVs and channel availability as well? Or allow Netflix logins on the TV etc. But nothing too serious.

This was my 4th visit to the hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A lot of comfort in the bedroom. I liked the way the room looked and how clean the room and the bathroom was. The location is excellent and very close to everything mainly close to the main access roads. We live in Burgersfort and was an attending cycling event in Mooketsi .It was very easy to come into the hotel from the R37 Burgersfort and exit the hotel via N1 bypass then R81 Mooketsi without going into Polokwane CBD. The breakfast was rich with many great options. Rooms big enough to accommodate myself, bags and bicycle. My bicycle did not sleep Outsite 😂😂😂

The hotel is perfectly located & we found it to be very convenient. The security & the housekeepers were very friendly The room was very clean

The receptionist who assisted me wasn't too friendly but she wasn't rude either. She just wasn't welcoming. I greeted her &she just gave me a very blank stare. The hair dryer in the room didn't work, it looked like it would explode please check them. At first it was a little hard to locate the hotel but we eventually found it. It would be great if parking bays can be allocated to rooms. We had no parking, we had to find space a little further from our room because others visitors occupied parking spots

The area is easily accessible from N1, no need to look for it. Reception area very welcoming including the staff whose very friendly. I forgot my valuables, they called me to arrange for pickup of the items very grateful for that.

The bathroom with shower hose in the tub, my friend could not use it as she was afraid to slip and fall.

Very helpful and friendly staff. they went to extra miles to assist us when one of our colleagues fell in the bathroom because there was no bath rug. Good variety of food for breakfast

The location of the hotel is quite isolated, about 20 min away from town centre. however a service station is next door with a small shop where one can find something quick

Cleanliness, and that room was well appointed, with everything in working condition.

The sound off dragging chairs (no felt pieces under chair legs) from the rooms above, coupled with banging door noises (door frames do not have foam padding)

As I walked barefoot in the room just before the bathroom door, a minute piece of glass cut me. I picked it up and took a photo. I was now just a little uncomfortable because I thought there could be more. Fortunately, all is well that ends well. The tile on the shower step is broken and can cut a person. That must be repaired.

The Hospitality was way beyond expectations The room was big enough for two people and breakfast was delicious

I didn't like the fact that I was given a room upstairs I would have loved to be downstairs because it would have been easier to go to the pool The room didn't have a fridge
