We had pleasant stay at the hotel, with seamless check in process despite us arriving late in the evening. Our suite was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was impresssive, and the staff were helpful and friendly during our stay. The room service was excellent and we were happy with the food quality. The complimentary internet was not so great. We enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back when we visit family.

Generally, our stay was great. We experienced an issue with no hot water during the day, which was a bit inconvenient.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, and were willing to assist with the problems experienced. Good hotel location and security, and easy to check in and check out. Room and hotel was clean and inviting. The suite room size was large, and the TV in the bedroom was v large and in new condition with many tv channels especially sport.

The aircon did not work in the room - it was explained that the aircon system in the wing where the suites were located was not working and under repair The hotel did offer to move me to a different albeit smaller room but that was not suitable, and the hotel provided a fan in the room which cooled the room down but was quite noisy (they offered to bring me additional fans if required). Fortunately it was cool weather so the room temp was comfortable enough. The Wifi was erratic and did not always connect or dropped. The suite was large and spacious (especially the bedroom) but was sparsely and simply furnished and did not have a suitable desk and desk chair to work at (which is main reason for selecting room). The shower towels need to be upgraded.

I was especially happy with the overall service—the staff members are absolute legends—and the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back...

I missed the small print about breakfast on the Booking.com app, and it wasn’t mentioned during check-in either. I believe other guests might overlook it too and assume that breakfast isn’t available on-site. A more apparent mention at check-in or in the listing could really help.

I liked the service that i got from the receptionists especially Winnie and Sunnyboy they were the best. Will difenately call again because of them. Everything about Park inn was excellent!👏👏Keep up the good work!

The time when we had to wait for rooms to be cleaned during check inn time.We waited almost 2hours,while we were coming from far . We called day before and asked for arrival time ,the response was anytime after 2.

I had a sad call from a friend when I was sitting at the bar and Nontobeko and Michael took care of me . They were so kind to me I ended laughing instead and forgot my tears. Thank you so much . They went beyond their work and we very empathetic with me. Thank you

No information was given at the reception about the lighting in the room (use of the card to activate the lights) but that was addressed quickly

Reception dealt with check-in in an efficient and welcoming manner. The room was spacious and well furnished with an effective aircon.

I ordered an omelet at breakfast which did not get delivered to my table as promised and there was insufficient time to place a new order. Room service trays / plates are left on the corridor floor by guests with left over food not covered.

The service we received from housekeepers was amazing, we got to meet a lady by the name of Junior who gave us exceptional service and was so friendly to us.

The tv was acting on us and we couldn't watch what we wanted and it kept shutting down and it failed us completely. we also had problem with the basin water stopper as we couldn't open it to drain the water and the basin was left with full of water overnight

Park Inn is Amazing and is a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.. From the comfortable beds, to the spotless bathroom. All that made our stay very pleasant. The place is peaceful and safe. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is tasty and has a variety in meals. Affordable and best stay in Polokwane for me thus far.

park inn is a hotel held at high regard by many, that it just doesn't make sense for there to be a total shutdown of appliances and lights during loadshedding at such a modern, pricey hotel. during our stay, we experienced complete darkness for hours at some point during the night and suffered once again in the morning as we couldn't recharge our devices before taking a long trip. park inn can do better. adjust to the current state of things and install generators and other power backup supplies - it would help a lot.

Spacious bed, clean environment.

1. They gave us 1 access card, and it was difficult when one left the room; lights went off when you removed the card. 2. Only one bottle of water was provided. 3. Pillows were too soft; at least an additional supplement was going to help.
