The bed and linen were clean and comfortable, the shower always had hot water. The place has backup power so no load shedding. I love the proximity to the mall and other amenities. The staff were always so friendly, we absolutely loved and enjoyed the pool and on our last visit we explored the place more and saw other parts we did not see on previous visits.

My only complaint is the blankets and how they smell, I'm not sure if they are washed after every visit, but I was not fond of the smell. And maybe the TV channels could be increased.

The sheets were very clean , the room was clean as well. The room at large was good , lights are fine.

I did not like the food , there should be a menu for food so that we can choose for ourselves unlike everytime when i book i already know the food that i eat at home . Let it be something different.

Online customer service does not respond. Room telephone also does not.work. I also thought that the place offers breakfast as part of the package and I asked about it prior our check in and received no response. I feel overcharged. The service at the restuarant was not satisfactory. I had to ask for a waiter until I pleaded with Karabo to assist us as the other waiter kept disappearing and the restaurant was not that packed. Karabo made our night special. All in all you guys must improve the customer service.

Very convenient next to d malls and the place gives you your own space it's not noisy and clean also with friendly staff

Our room was full of ants the lodge should consider fumigating d place regularly because our first night was irritable

The rooms were beautiful and Spacious. Everything looks just like the pictures provided. It's very clean. The location is just a few minutes away from Mall of the north and food lovers market. It's literally walking distance. The Estate is nice and quiet. It's very peaceful. The staff is very welcoming and I'd recommend anyone to go there.

I had some issues with the wifi but nothing too Bad.

The room was a bit smaller for us as two adults. Next time, we will need a standard room, not a budget room.

We had 2 extra people wanted to add the next accommodation. They explained how expensive is going to cost. They gave us a family room option. They opted to show us first and choose wisely. They started with the we booked then proceeded to the family room. Wow it was beyond our expectations. It was a good present to the birthday girl. A large security protected yard with parking lot, garden, braai area, larfe kitchen, longe main bedroom ensuite, bathroom, another room with 2 single beds. We loved it

Everything was excellent. The remote gate did it for me. No complaints

The staff were very friendly and welcoming,I extended my stay. Bolivia is very eco-friendly and beautiful environment to visit often. Their breakfast is exceptional. I am planning to visit again their swimming pool is so wide and blue. If you get bored in your room you can take a walk viewing the place and take pictures. There are so many things to explore.

The photos of the booking app are way too different from the actual place. They should capture Good pictures because they place is beautiful.

Take the receptions to take communication classes and give them lessons about how to treat clients specifically Dikeledi.

I like the convenience of being close to the mall

Not very informative about the use of the gym, braai and appliances such as iron. I was only given the information when I asked about the gym and the iron I was surprised when a white lady rudely asked if I paid deposit because that part of information was not given to me .
