They could improve more on their breakfast menu, especially for people who will stay for a longer period. load-shedding is not a problem as they have good backup power. rooms are so spacious. the staff is friendly and helpful.

The cleaning service was not on point for 4-star rated accommodation, the bedding was not changed daily, and the cleaners did not thoroughly clean the room, especially underneath the bed it was so dirty.

the room is very spacious and very clean. the bathroom is amazing. the chicken breast for breakfast was very nice. flavourful and tender

the breakfast was a bit low quality the yogurt was thin, juice was not cold and there was no variety. there was no fruits only cereal and cooked food.

The location, the furniture and spacing was of the latest.

The smell in the bathroom at room number 5 was unbearable, I thank you must check the draining system the cleaning staff used the dirty mop as a result the rooms smell bad after cleaning

Not enough electric sockets in the rooms. TV remote in room 2 not working and could only switch the TV on/off from the wall socket which was very difficult to get to as it is high up on the wall…

Location is great... They have backup generator... Rooms are big and spacious... We also loved the bath 🛀 tub.. Room has air conditioning which makes suitable for any kind of weather

The bed was small and was a little hard

The staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable.... The pool was cold but we had fun... After the little accident we had in the room the receptionist reassured me that I shouldn't worry about it.. Phones were answered on the second ring. The food was amazing .. Overall we had a relaxing time

Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms which made it hard for my husband to work in the morning

The food ( breakfast and dinner ) was so delicious especialy the grilled fish with uncooked vegetables

The location , quietness, the room services was top of the range.cleaness of the room.

The reception is open 24hours which gave me the flexibility to check in late as I was travelling from quite a distance away. The room I booked was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. Limited breakfast options but it was well prepared. Backup generator so I was not impacted by the the load shedding.

My shower 🚿 was pouring out water even with the shower door closed... The gentlemen who was assisting us on our breakfast was not friendly at all and it made us not to enjoy our breakfast

location, it is in a convenient location that is close to 2 malls, there’s a lot of petrol stations around and there is no noise
