The place is clean and comfortable

They must fix their bath rooms so that there is sufficient water drainage. When bathing water collects on the floor and the drainage is slow to clear the pool of water.

Clean, well insulated and no noise at all. Quality finishings. motion sensitive, energy efficient lights.

They throw away anything you forget(they say🤷🏾‍♂️) more especially toiletries of which I think is a bad thing. A courtesy call to the ex patron about forgoten item would push the hotel to 5 star😃 or keeping them for a week or 2 wouldn't be a bad move

Some tenants make noise in the middle of the night. There should be a policy that stops this.

Slept like a baby so the was no noise from outside, the bed was very clean.Enjoyed my stay

They must explain which floor I will be at, I wanted upstairs. I didn't like the sensor lights at the passage or corridor is like some horror movie. That meals are not included in the price especially breakfast

The location was good. The supper was great. I did not eat breakfast. The place is really good and quiet.

The wifi was not working. I was given a new code but logged me out after few minutes and couldn't log in again thereafter. Luckily I had data. They need to improve on wifi especially for us who need to work.

The room was was good, the staff was helpful.

We stayed for a week. Same menu for breakfast daily. Being a halal menu there was no honey or lemon which I have daily with water. Machine coffees need to be paid for.

Good bed and linen. Finding the Aircon turned on when coming in on a cold night

Water spills out from the shower The toilet flashing systems releases little water, you have to flash two or more times to get tissue paper to go away

I understand the hotel ratings but 1) there was no one at the reception for a good 7+ minutes. 2) I needed a bathroom at the reception area and I couldn't see the signs to the nearest bathroom. Lastly but of importance, the House Keeping staff in almost all the facilities make noise very early in the morning. Sometimes when you have been working the whole night for a meeting that starts at 10h00, it is unfair to be rudely woken up by the House Keepers

I had a good stay.The hotel is next to most of ammenities.After a long day of shopping and kids playing in the fun company,got to rest at Royal hotel

With the two beds in the room good enough for me and the kids,i would have loved to have two blankets instead of 1

The room is very spacious and comfortable Good location directly opp a new sasol garage incase you need something from there The restaurant steak with pepper sauce was lovely

I paid for a can of sprite as well as a small extra charge to have have room service but my drink did not come and could not get hold of restaurant
