"Exceptional Stay at PLATINUM LODGE I had the pleasure of staying for one night, and it exceeded all my expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured a seamless check-in process. The room was immaculately clean, If you're looking for a warm, inviting, and memorable stay, look no further than Platinum Lodge I highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

The lodge is located in a quite side of the town Only 2km drive to the shops Closer to the Gym and stadium 🏟 Closer to Suid Str. Where you find hundreds of walkers and runners 🏃‍♂️... safe to jog at night Friendly staff and receptionist

What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get. The place was spotless, value for money indeed❤️The staff was friendly and helpful.

Smart tv would be a nice addition to the package.🤭apart from that verything at the property was up to standard..i am very impressed that staff volunteed to reheat our food in their kitchen the following morning.

The lady who was cleaning was very friendly, the place itself was very clean. Very cosy. I'd come back again. Great value for money

half the time I had to look around for someone in reception, coos most of the time there was noone. I needed to make calls if I needed something, e.g iron and microwave, the WiFi didn't connect, but no biggie I had my own WiFi .

The location is nice however it would be good to also have restaurant on the premises.....the room was clean.....nice and comfortable bed with extra blankets

Shortage of staff which makes check in and check out difficult coz u have to wait for a long time at the reception to check in and also the wifi of room 1 was poor connectivity was low I had to use my data all the time

The clean room, mirrors hot water shower in a second.

The shower head is too small to enjoy showering and is only suitable for short individuals. The towels were worn out, and there was no floor mat in the bathroom. Not to mention the blankets, they are not too light for the winter season

Close to where we wanted to be for the Ivydale parkrun... friendly helpful staff.

Would have been nice to have had a slightly more flexible check out time so that we could shower etc after parkrun breakfast and before a long trip back home.

The comfortable bed, clean linen and location and the staff especially the lady responsible for housekeeping. The price was most reasonable

Headboards are quality but not comfortable. It was cold and the aircorn was not working properly. The pillows are old. There is no microwave

Location is perfect on the edge of the town. Close to the main road accessing the town. situated little further from community . the facilities are maintained perfectly . provide sufficient towels and toiletries

no offer for breakfast. no cutlery for self catering residents. the fridge was very old and malfunction denying opportunity to keep drinks fresh

We loved the room. It was very comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay. The staff was also lovely and very friendly.

Just struggled to figure out the aircon and the water pressure in the shower was not the best. But it did not hinder our stay too much.
