Nice large rooms, cleaned daily.

Little maintenance not kept up to date, eg bathroom towel rail in number 16 needs to be fixed, water not flowing out in shower in number 12, toilet cistern/pan shaky in number 13. Yeah, i am a frequent guest. The exit gate is a bit dodgy as you need to park too close to the exit button. Maybe remotes for each guest may help. Hotel ran out of butter for 2 days, and when stock came in on the third day, it was margarine and not butter. The breakfast is good ... i am a vegetarian so I skipped the traditional English breakfast.....could do with a better quality of omelette.

Con's - minor A few maintenance issues that the hotel should be on top of. The door to my room didn't close properly unless locked Toilet seat - loose bolt and toilet seat cover didn't stay up

Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The breakfast is also quite nice. We requested vegan breakfast for my colleague, and it was arranged accordingly.

Housekeeping could be better (cleaner), we had a similar issue during our previous stay. Sadly the room my colleague was in had cockroaches. :( Again, housekeeping could have informed the owners/management of the issue so fumigation is arranged. You guys have a lovely establishment; your weakest link is housekeeping.

The linen is old, so it looked dirty and we weren't sure whether or not it was clean. Breakfast is overpriced - my partner and I had a long day ahead of us and wanted to make sure we have a good portion of breakfast. So we both chose options with chips, we both received 5 chips. The menu was deceptive in this manner. The price for the breakfast here is not necessarily cheaper than what you pay at places that offer buffet breakfast.

My partner and I absolutely loved the breakfast, particularly the ruby breakfast. The kitchen staff were really nice people (shout out to Tshimangadzo) what a friendly and welcoming lady. Keep up the fantastic service!

Our room was close to the entrance, I just wish they can put a “do not make noise after 10pm” note by the door for anyone coming in late. It was quite disturbing waking from people chatting and laughing out load by the corridor.

Service from staff (Kgomotso at the reception and Helen the cleaner were exceptional)., location, facility cleanliness, breakfast. We had to leave a day earlier and they confirmed the money will be credited to our next stay. For sure we are returning. The cherry on top, was to meet the pretty owner who is so astute & down to earth. She makes sure we as guests, we get the best of the best service

I've been to many stays in Polokwane, none come close to the standard that Ruby Stone offers. It is not a huge property, only houses upto 20 rooms max so it very quiet. Nicely situation away from the CBD but close to Savanah mall and other convenient places. THEIR BREAKFAST GUYS..Nor mahn. When you book make sure you include breakfast and actually sit down at their table to eat. Their variety of everything. It eating from a grocery store. Excellent Excellent.

Hotel is located in a quite area, with super large bed, looks modern and well secured. The kitchen staff is super friendly and assist with requests. Neat paved grounds with blooming pot plants and onsite lots of effort on Breakfast from the kitchen.

The toilet seat in room 13 is loose, needs to be secured.

Their rooms are very beautiful and super clean. As a hospitality employee, i always inspect a room 1st thing when checking in, and i must say i found nothing disappointing. 10 out of 10. Their breakfast was also perfect. I also loved that the room had both a shower and a bath.

Our room didn't have a balcony where we can sit. And others did. But it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff aren't that helpful.

My partner said He loved the bed, you can roll 10 times😂. We loved the room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice

There's was only one morning gown and we where a couple, no morning sleepers. The curtains to excess the balcony where a bit of a fuss
