I have been visiting the facility for some time but this time I've noted the improvement on the Wi-Fi connection, it has improved a lot compared to the past where it would ask you to' log in every 15 minutes! The improvements of tiles in the rooms and bathrooms is highly appreciated! The addition of microwaves is also a plus!

I think more efforts can be put in changing the breakfast menu daily! Breakfast should be the time that everyone looks forward to come back even the next day! Should one book for a week at the facility with breakfast included by the 3rd or 4th day you no longer wish to wake up for the menu served every day for breakfast! The food is always excellent and fresh but more thinking out of the box for the daily menu is really needed! The flow of water from the new shower heads is too soft as if it's drizzling, you don't get to feel you are are taking a shower! Maybe the idea was to save water but I think the shower heads they used before were much better compared to the recent ones

The room had comfortable furniture. The lodge also had good and friendly staff that provided good assistance when needed.

The property didn't have adequate drinking water available near by guests. The water temperature in the bathroom,the shower specifically,was hard to figure out how to change without assistance

Breakfast Woooh was wonderful with good variety my grandkids really enjoyed everything about it. Weldone to the kitchen staff. You are great cooks really. Keep it up your eating area was clean and up to date

Transport. Please organise a Lodge Taxi incase travellers do not have hard time looking for ubers. People like me i travelled with a bus from Zimbabwe.

The Lodge is conveniently located and the rooms were always clean. The breakfast was also very good. Real value for money

The single beds,it would be good to have a double bed instead of joining them together. Even though the air-conditioning was working it was damaged and old.

What a lovely place,the staff was amazing,the amenities were as advertised and the breakfast? Probably the best in Polokwane,I highly recommend.

We requested that our beds be joined together but they didnt do so,that was the ONLY problem but everything was 10/10

What I liked about the property is that it’s safe, clean and it’s located near the shops.

The location, space, breakfast The process of cancelation of my double booking was seamless

Size of TV was too small and too far from the bed. One couldn't see properly. Maybe they should consider latest smart TV also.

The staff is very friendly, the place is very clean and the breakfast is very good. The location of the lodge is in town, easily accessible to the roads and different shopping centres

Good breakfast, I love the variety of the breakfast you have,delicious food with good service ,lovely people!

I honestly enjoyed my stay ,the only thing I didn't like was the noise people made during the night on the corridor

generally the place is very comfortable,good breakfast , friendly staff, clean room my stay was very pleasant. i will come again.
