Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oryx B&B again. Its always an unforgettable experience. The reception was warm & kind which set the tone for the stay. The serenity & tranquility are truly remarkable which allows for a deep sense of rest & relaxation. The comfort & spaciousness of the rooms are noteworthy. The host offers exceptional service & delectable food which was thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Will definitely be returning again when in the area. Thank you to the entire Oryx team for creating a haven of tranquility and excellence.

The location was perfect, offering beautiful surroundings The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, adding a great start to each day. Accommodation was like a 5 star suite / apartment - so well thought out and catered, lovely touches with a mini cafeteire and rusks. The breakfast was exceptional - both in presentation and taste. Above and beyond.

My accommodation was up some small steep stairs, I would have liked to bring my large suitcase and in repack / reorganise . I could not find a hairdryer - that would have been a very nice thing to have in the room.

The owner went out of her way to accommodate additional members even if we had not arranged for them. She prepared beautiful breakfast take away packs because we were leaving early in the morning. The rooms were clean. The fridge had enough water and she even supplied more. Her hospitality is amazing. I fully recommend the place. Prof PL Lekgwara

Can you mention somewhere that the property has dogs so people coming are aware . They were well behaved, but an FYI would be great.

Great location, exceptional accommodation and excellent customer service! Breakfast was a feast which definitely set us up for the day! Three lovely dogs who were very friendly. A perfect stopover on our way back to Joburg and a trip to Bouncy Croc as recommended by our host (very informative guide).
